Small resort "Holiday Village". 20 houses in the resort. In the district of Lignano-Sabbiadoro 1.4 km from the centre of Sabbiadoro, 13 km from the centre of Bibione, 95 km from the centre of Trieste, in the residential district, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: natural state property (fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool (15 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 25.Sep.). Children's pool, terrace. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Grocery, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Latisana (Venezia-Trieste)" 20 km, sandy beach 1 km, thermal baths "Bibione Thermae" 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km. Beach service: From approx. the beginning of May to approx. mid-September, 1 sun lounger, 1 deck chair and 1 parasol per accommodation unit are included in the rental price.
5-room terraced house 80 m2 on 3 levels. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the patio. Small kitchen (Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed. Shower/bidet/WC. Top floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 2 sleeping facilities. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. 2 small balconies, patio, small garden, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: safe. Parking (roofed, 2 cars) at the house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Family friendly residence

The apt is with simple furnishing but practical, just few steps from the nice pool area. In 15 minutes you can walk to the large sandy beaches of Lignano and supermarkets are at walking distance. Good accomodation for families or group of friends.

Gelungener Urlaub für die ganze Familie

Die Anlage hat eine top Lage, Lebensmittelläden und Restaurants sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Highlight der Anlage war der Pool, sauber und super für klein und groß. Insgesamt hat die Anlage unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Geplagt wurden wir jedoch täglich von Mücken, wünschenswert wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier. Die Anlage und die Häuser bieten alles was man braucht. Allerdings sollte man über Kleinigkeiten hinweg schauen. Es war sehr entspannt, die Kinder konnten vor und nach dem Meer den Pool nutzen. In der Agentur sehr freundliches Personal, die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und sehr pünktlich. Wir werden wieder kommen

Preis-Leistung sehr gut

Wir waren recht zufrieden. Alles sehr einfach gehalten. Es könnte etwas sauberer sein. (Geschirr, Dusche) Dusche lief sehr schlecht ab. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Strand,Bäcker, Restaurants und Supermarkt gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Preis-Leistungs unschlagbar.
