Schöne Ferien

Wir sind zufrieden. Standard normal für Italien. WC bei der Küche notdürftig reparier (nicht dicht ). Pool mega cool ! Schöner Garten mit viel Schatten unter der Bergola. Sehr nahe zum Strand und Einkaufsladen. Tolle Restaurants.....unbedingt reservieren. Strand wunderschön in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Zustand der Anlage

Sanitäre Einrichtungen ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine veraltet. Sitzkissen im Außenbereich total verdreckt. Mussten von uns erst mal gewaschen werden. Fenster und Türen sehr schlecht schließbar. Kleiderschrank in einem Zimmer kaputt. Kommode im Schlafzimmer fehlen Türgriffe. Außendusche am Pool nicht funktionsfähig. Brausekopf abgebaut. Garten sehr Blüten und viel Laub. War vorher nicht gerichtet worden. Nur ein Schlüssel für mehrere Familien.

Die Fenster wurden neu justiert und der Kleiderschrank sowie die Kommode wurden repariert. Die Außendusche am Pool funktioniert wieder.

Außen hui - innen pfui

Lage der Anlage optimal. Nähe zum Strand, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurant Fischgeschäft in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Pool und Garten schön, aber die Inneneinrichtung des Bungalows total veraltet und teilweise kaputt. Küchenaus- stattung mangelhaft.

Mehr Schein als sein.

Top Lage. Strand, essen gehen, einkaufen. Pool undicht, jeden Tag ca. 1000 Liter kaltes Wasser nachfüllen. Somit immer kalt. Haus renovierungsbedürftig . WLAN kaufen, 10 Euro je Gerät. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre nicht schlecht. Eigentümer scheint nur auf Verdienst aus zu sein.

Betten sind eine Katastrophe! ...

Betten sind eine Katastrophe! Die gesamte Einrichtung gehört eigentlich ausgetauscht. Terrassenstühle sind teilweise defekt. Da das Haus fast an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist es in der Nacht sehr laut. Toll war der Pool und dass man zu Fuß zum Strand und Supermarkt laufen kann. Reisetipps: Das Isola Verde ist das beste Restaurant in der Umgebung. Die Spaghetti mit Tomatensoße sind der Hammer!

Die Gartenanlage, der Pool sow...

Die Gartenanlage, der Pool sowie die das Haus an sich mit den Zimmern sind toll. Das Auto kann auf dem eigenen Gelände abgestellt werden und steht so nicht an der Strasse. Das ist ebenfalls vorteilhaft. Negativ war, dass die Versorgung mit Warmwasser im Haus nicht wirklich störungsfrei funktioniert hat und der in der Ausschreibung versprochene TV Zugang nicht gewährleistet war. Wland Verbindung für 10 Euro pro Woche heisst etwas genauer definiert: Zugang pro Gerät für 10 Euro pro Woche zu einem Hotspot der Costa Rei!
