Outdoor shower, table tennis, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 150 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 10 km, bus stop 10 km, railway station "Roseto degli Abruzzi" 22 km, sandy beach "Pineto" 20 km pebble beach "Scerne" 18 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
