"Fricken", 1-room apartment 20 m2 on 2nd floor. Simple and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 double fold-away bed, dining table and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. Small kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Perfect hideaway in the Bavarian alps

We truly enjoyed our stay in this very cozy, traditionally furnished and comfortable little flat in the extraordinary charming village of Farchant. Perfect location, calm surroungdings and lovely views from the beautiful little balcony where we had our breakfasts and Brotzeit-meals.

Perfektes Basislager für Wanderurlaub

Super gemütliche Wohnung mit perfekter Anbindung an ÖPNV/Restaurants/Lebensmittel und natürlich Natur :). Alles hat gut funktioniert und sauber war es auch. Durch das versteckbare Bett hat es sich wie zwei Räume angefühlt. Highlight war der Balkon auf dem die Sonne aufgeht. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Da werden wir definitiv wieder hinfahren!

Bardzo ładna miejscowość. Dom usytuowany w spokojnym miejscu, ale blisko do centrum, sklepów, stacji kolejowej i do ciekawych szlaków pieszych i rowerowych. Bardzo miła Gospodyni. Można zakupić w automacie regionalną żywność. Miejsce godne do polecenia dla osób lubiących spokojne, niezatłoczone miejscowości.

Es gibt einen schönen kleinen Balkon für zwei Personen mit Wäscheständer. TV mit tausend Programmen, bei Netflix konnte man sich einloggen das hat uns gefreut. WLAN im Haus gibt es nicht. Mit der sehr netten Vermieterin lief alles absolut perfekt.

Kleine gemütliche saubere Wohnung, sehr gute Lage.

Zum selber kochen ist diese Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen, aber ansonsten sehr gemütlich und sauber. Sehr schöner Ausblick vom Balkon.
