St. Maime: Very beautiful, rustic mas "La Princesse", from the 18th century, renovated in 2023, surrounded by meadows and fields. Above St. Maime 8 km from the centre of Forcalquier, 14 km from the centre of Oraison, 15 km from the centre of Manosque, in a secluded position on a slope, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 4 ha, well-kept garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 16.Sep.) with alarm system. Unconventional pool shape. 100 m long motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 8 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 2.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km. Riding stable 100 m, fishing possibilities 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"La Princesse", 6-room house 250 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Traumhafte Lage!

Das Haus liegt idyllisch und ruhig und lässt nahezu keine Wünsche offen. Leider konnten wir auf Grund von Abwasserproblemen von den drei Bädern (eines davon war neu renoviert) den überwiegenden Teil des Urlaubs nur eines richtig benutzen. Bei 7 Personen war das dann doch etwas lästig. Auch war die Geruchsbelästigung im Haus immens. Positiv war, dass die Schlüsselhalterin und die Handwerker sehr bemüht waren das Problem zu lösen. Es dauerte dann aber doch 1,5 Wochen ...

Enstpannte Tage in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir sind eine Gruppe von 10 Leuten, Zweck der Reise Klettern in der Gegend von Sisteron. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vom ersten Augenblick an genossen. Das Haus hat ein sehr geschmackvolles Ambiente (Traumhaft). Es handelt sich um ein Umgebautes Bauernhaus das über 250 Jahre alt ist. Der Pool ist groß sauber und tief, hier kann auch geschwommen werden! Es sind Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme ausreichend vorhanden. Die Küche ist fantastisch und bietet alle Möglichkeiten für große Gruppen oder Familien. Geschirr und Töpfe sind in Unmengen vorhanden. Küchengeräte alles von Miele. Die Schlafzimmer sind nett eingerichtet, ausreichend geräumig. Sanitäre Räume sind für 10 ausreichend vorhanden. Einkaufen: Bäcker in ca 2 Km Entfernung nächster Supermarkt (Hyper Marche) 15km. Für Ausflüge liegt das Haus sehr günstig (Sisteron,Forcalquier). Trotzdem ist man entspannt auf dem Land. Wir haben wirklich nichts negatives zu berichten. Wunderbares Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung.

Prachtige woning met enkele minpunten: -aflopen van badkamers en WC lopen in de natuur, met regelmatig stank tot gevolg. -zelf moeten bellen voor onderhoud zwembad, alhoewel de firma beweerde dat het gedaan was -bijbetaling van electriciteit en gas viel duur uit -bijkomende lichtpunten op beide terrassen en aan de BBQ zouden aangenaam zijn.

MAGNIFIQUE MAS EN PROVENCE

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce mas bien aménagé, décoré avec goût. Cependant, je ne recommande pas cette location en hiver compte tenu de la superficie et du volume de la pièce principale. Nous avons atteint les 18C° au bout de 5 jours avec cheminée et chauffage sachant que le prix du chauffage est en supplément ainsi que le bois de cheminée. Donc 300€ supplémentaire à notre charge. Je pense que l'été c'est un paradis...

Belle maison mais malodorante.

Très belle propriété malheureusement gâchée par des odeurs nauséabondes du à un assainissement inadapté à 12 personnes. Piscine verte, absence d'éclairage sur la terrasse principale, tout n'est pas à la hauteur du standing et du prix...

Schitterend huis, alles wat een mens moet hebben voor een schitterende vakantie. Alleen is heel wat verouderd, een renovatie van de elektriciteit is wenselijk. Zwembad = top maar ook hier weer wat renovatie nodig. WiFi signaal is zwak en werkt enkel binnenshuis. Al bij al hebben wij ons hier 7 dagen lang geamuseerd en zouden we zeker terug boeken in 2021. De bakker is ongeveer 8 minuten rijden, supermarkt ongeveer 20 minuten.

Nous avons passés une très belle semaine dans ce magnifique mas. La dame qui nous a accueilli a été très à l'écoute et disponible (et gentille). Aucun soucis à signaler mis à part le fait que le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas. Rien de grave. Je recommande !

Mas de toute beauté ,grands volumes , de très bon goût, super équipé super environnement, literie de haute qualité, vraiment prévu pour 12 personnes accueil très sympathique A conseiller à vos amis
