In a hamlet 5 km from the centre of Mercuès, 4 km from the centre of Espère, 8 km from the centre of Cahors, in a quiet position, 6 km from the lake. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 (fenced), courtyard, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Terrace, garden furniture. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Pont de campagne,Cahors" 10 km, bathing lake "Lac vert à Catus" 6 km.

Rustic and antique furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed (120 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room, on 2 levels with 1 bed (110 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar, dining table. Bathroom, sep. WC. Oil heating. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs, covered balcony. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Un gite spacieux à l'architecture traditionnelle

Le séjour, le salon et la cuisine sont des pièces très sombres nécessitant un éclairage artificiel en permanence. La terrasse, plutôt le palier, permet juste de prendre les repas à 4, la loggia étant peu pratique (escalier) et peu agréable. Compte tenu du prix de la location nous avons trouvé mesquin qu'on nous facture 10 € pour la consommation d'électricité.

Maison de campagne fonctionnelle et équipée. Grandes chambres. Propriétaire très accueillante. Gros coup de cœur pour la piscine et le calme. De jolis villages à découvrir aux alentours.

Du charme et la piscine en plus !

La maison a du charme, son emplacement est au milieu des champs avec une jolie petite vigne, un peu isolée mais c'est ce que nous voulions. La piscine est un gros plus avec les fortes chaleurs. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais l'avantage c'est que les murs de pierre très épais garde le frais ! La région est magnifique, nous avons passé un super séjour.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes altes Haus mit viel Charme, sehr nette Vermieterin, toller Pool. Nur die Betten waren für uns zu klein mit 140 cm Breite. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum, die Landschaft ist wundervoll.

Alles war wie bestellt, die Vermieterin freundlich (sprach allerdings nur Französisch).Betten und Ausstattung waren gut, Bad und WC modern. Es steht aus meiner Sicht etwas zuviel Nippes herum, aber Geschmäcker sind halt verschieden.Pool war groß und Sonnenstühle und Tische waren für alle vorhanden.Bekannte Nachteile: – Bettbezüge/Handtücher sind mitzubringen– keine Endreinigung buchbar (daher war auch oft nur oberflächlich geputzt, in/auf den Schränken und Ecken war noch "Potential")– kein WLAN(mit EU–Roaming aber verkraftbar :–)Das Anwesen fanden wir attraktiver als auf den Bildern abzulesen! Insgesamt aber immer noch empfehlenswert. Reisetipps: Neben den üblichen Touri–Hotspots (siehe Tripadviser), fällt mir noch ein:1) Die Märkte in den verschiedenen Orten.2) Besuche direkt beim Erzeuger in der Region (Wein, Käse, Foie Gras et al.) s. Fremdenverkehrsbüros.3) Kanufahren auf dem LOT
