Cena za apartament adekwatna do jakości. Poziom czystości ok, ale w kuchni obdrapane krzesła jak na zdjęciach sprzed kilku lat. Kuchnia wyposażona dobrze, ale naczynia średniej jakości. Trudny dostęp do szafy w pokoju 4 osobowym. Gospodarz przywiązuje bardzo dużą uwagę do segregacji odpadów. Gospodarz miły i przyjaźnie nastawiony.

Nettes Haus sowie Vermieter. Die nächtliche Aktivität des Vermieters, in Form von Holz hacken, war sicherlich gut gemeint, dass wir es warm haben – aber von einer erfolgreichen Nachtruhe kann man nicht reden. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist okay. Der Wohnungszustand sollte mal durch Renovierungen (Bäder/Küche – sind in Ordnung!) verbessert werden!Für wenig verwöhnte Gäste, ganz okay. Reisetipps: Der Skibus hält in der Nähe

Sauberkeit und funktionieren von Basis Sachen immer noch nicht in Ordnung. Dusche nicht in Ordnung, Heis wasser nicht in Ordnung, Staubsauger functioniert nicht. Muss bessen werden, auch wenn Preis niedrig ist.

Vielleicht sollte man mal einen Besen; Handfeger und Kehrschaufel in der Wohnung zur Verfügung stellenwenn man mit einer einfachen, geräumigen und sauberen Wohnung zufrieden ist kann man die Unterkunft durchaus weiter empfehlen

Hier besteht mal, salopp gesag...

Hier besteht mal, salopp gesagt, Renovierungsbedarf. Etwas mehr an Sauberkeit wäre auch ganz gut. Insbesondere sind die Matratzen ziemlich schmuddelig. Während der gesamten Woche war es in einigen Zimmern nie richtig warm. Die Skischuhe riechen am Ende der Woche auch gewaltig nach Lagerfeuer; nicht nur die Skischuhe. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für 8 Personen in Ordnung. Insbesondere unter der Berücksichtigung, dass jedes der drei Zimmer eine eigene Dusche und eine eigene Toilette hat. Reisetipps: Skigebiete und Hütten sind im Zillertal einfach perfekt!
