No WLAN. 1 paved parking space at the house, 3 unpaved parking spaces opposite. Please only park in the designated parking spaces. House "Ragusa". In the district of Hainzenberg 4 km from the centre of Zell, 10 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Hainzenberg Gerlossteinbahn" 550 m, railway station "Zell a.Z. Bahnhof" 5 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Mountain railway 4.5 km, gondola lift 600 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school, sled run 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 4.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Ragusa", 6-room terraced house 160 m2 on 3 levels. Cosy furnishings: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, hand-basin and shower. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds, hand-basin and shower. Sep. WC. Upper floor: living room with dining nook, satellite TV and tiled stove. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double sofabed. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the balcony. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed, 1 double bed and separate WC. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and separate WC. Bath/shower, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Parquet floors. Balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Very nice house with great vie...

Very nice house with great view on the valley. Plenty of rooms, with large kitchen and living room area. Very good place for two or three families.

We stayed at Haus Ragusa for 1...

We stayed at Haus Ragusa for 1 week. The chalet is located aprox. 6 km from Zell am Ziller and the same distance from the ski lift of Zillertal Arena. The disadvantage is that you need a car to be able to drive to and from ski. Unless you want to use thebus which is 8 minutes from the chalet and comes rather rare. Our chalet had 5 rooms, 1 kitchen and a living room, which was great for hanging out when coming back from ski. It also exposed a nice panoramic view of the valey. The only problem we noticed was with the bathrooms: the 2 rooms at the top floor had 1 closet in each room, which we found too ''intimate'' to be used, since everybody in each room could hear what was going on in there. In between these 2 rooms, there was a big bathroom. I think this bathroom could have been split in 2, each half serving one separate room. Also, another issue we had with staying at Haus Ragusa was with the cleaning at the end for which we paid at the beginning, but still we had to clean the kitchen, wash all dishes, dry all dishes and so on. We still don't know why we did had to pay 20 euros each person for cleaning, since we anyway had to do most of the work.

The basic cleaning is always carried out by the tenant regardless of whether the final cleaning is included in the travel price or can be booked against payment. The 20 euros are costs to pay on site and not for the final cleaning. (see description).

100 m zur Skibushaltestelle steht in der Beschreibung, zur nächsten Skibushaltestelle sind es jedoch mindestens 500 m. Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe waren komplett falsch

Gute Unterkunft

Gute Unterkunft. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Sehr gute Lage zum kleinen Skigebiet Gerlossteinwand. Gerlos, Hochkrimml und Zell am Ziller sind aber auch gut erreichbar, auch per Skibus.

Obiekt o średnim standardzie na 4 kondygnacjach (dużo chodzenia po schodach). Problemy z miejscami parkingowymi. Mała lodówka w kuchni. Dla mniej wymagających.
