For shared use: park 2'000 m2 with plants and flowers, meadow, beautiful garden to relax. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 200 m, bus stop "Sartilly Rue Grande Rue" 1 km, sandy beach 8 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
