Semi-detached house "N&M", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Jurline 1.3 km from the centre of Seline, 2 km from the centre of Starigrad, 40 km from the centre of Zadar, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at 20 m. Shop 1.3 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 1.3 km, pebble beach 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The house is situated in a remote village, good starting point for hikes, climbing tours and mountain biking in the National Park Paklenica.
3-room semi-detached house 111 m2 on 3 levels. Dining room. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: living room with 1 sofabed (150 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Top floor: open walk-through room with sloping ceilings with 2 sofabeds (75 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), fan. No heating option. Terrace 10 m2, terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. The dining room on the ground floor is situated 3 steps above the open kitchen. Low placed windows on the top floor.
