Bella casa con vista mare, pulita e accogliente,i proprietari sono gentili,unico diffetto sarebbe la mancanza della aria condizionata, (condizione conosciuta ma subestimata al momento della prenotazione...) Posizione geografica molto vantaggiosa per chi vuole visitare più posti.

Super nette freundliche Vermieter
Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Apartment war sehr sauber es hatte alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Der Vermieter kann ein wenig Deutsch die Vermieterin spricht fließend Englisch. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder kleines bonus für Familien vor dem befindet sich ein kleiner Spielplatz.

Sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeber, gut ausgestattete Küche und Reinigungsutensilien, einladender Balkon speziell ab frühem Nachmittag, wenn die Sonne nicht mehr hinknallt, leider keine Moskitonetze und keine Klimaanlage.

Das Appartment war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht.Der Balkon ist meiner Meinung nach etwas zu klein.Aber der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Punat und den Jachthafen ist sehr schön.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und S. spricht auch deutsch.Mitten im Ort Kornic Marktplatz mit Supermarkt und Cafebar da gibts den besten Cappucino für wenige Kuna.

Bella casa , buona posizione ottima pulizia
Casa curata e pulita. Dotata delle necessità principali. I proprietari sono cordiali, gentili e disponibilissimi. Presenti per qualsiasi problema. Bagno grande, doccia nuova e ampia. Due stanze da letto spaziose, con letti matrimoniali. Frigorifero piccolino ma perfettamente funzionante e pulito. Piano cottura con solo due fuochi, niente forno elettrico solo microonde. Macchina da caffè solo all'americana. Presenti tutte le stoviglie,piatti e posate. Manca di lavastoviglie, lavatrice ed aria condizionata. Fornita di lenzuola e asciugamani. Piacevole il balcone con vista mare. Mare raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti, ma essendo in collina al ritorno é tutta salita. Panificio nelle vicinanze. Ottima la distanza da Punat appena 2km e da Krk solo 5 km. Parcheggio disponibile sotto l'abitazione. Consigliato per la pulizia perfetta la gentilezza dei proprietari ed il rapporto qualità prezzo. Animali accettati senza problemi.

Wir waren dieses Jahr das zweitemal in dieser Unterkunft.Wir kommen auch wieder ,denn die Vermieter sind sehr nett.Wir haben sehr viel miteinander gelacht.Unterkunft sehr sauber .Und alles zentral gelegen.Kommen gerne wieder

Super FW alles da was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, spricht sehr gut deutsch. Liegt sehr zentral man ist schnell am Strand und schnell in KRK.

Eine Terrasse mit Meerblick! Jeden Abend das Highlight! Das Apartment ist mit SAT–TV ausgestattet. Für uns war alles super und wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr nette Vermieter! Es kann englisch oder deutsch mit den Vermietern gesprochen werden. Vor dem Apartment ist ein Spielplatz der allen Kindern offen steht. Reisetipps: In KRK–Stadt ist am Abend immer etwas los. Ein Bootsausflug ist ein Muß. Ziplinie Edison ist etwas für Mutige. Wenn man die Straße weiter fährt kommt auf der linken Seite ein Restaurant mit Spezialitäten von der Insel (Prsut i Sir, Wildgulasch, Lammburger,..) mit einem schönen Garten.
