Cosy, comfortable apartment block "Haus Arizona", 1'670 m a.s.l., 5 storeys. On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: property. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Shop, restaurant, bus stop 300 m. Ski lift, chair lift, slopes 400 m, ski bus stop, sled run 500 m, cross country ski track 200 m, ice rink 500 m, children's playground 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Saas Fee 4 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.
3-room apartment 70 m2. Bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Balcony, south facing position and west facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. the apartment is on the 1st or 2nd floor.

Geräumige Wohnung, null Ausstattung

Ort und Umgebung super, Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft nicht wirklich zu. 5 Person schläft auf Klappmatratze, Küche sehr spartanisch, insgesamt kommt Gemütlichkeit erst auf, wenn die Wohnung selbst „bewohnt“ wird.

Skiurlaub Saas Almagell

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Es fehlten z.B. Kellen zum rühren in einer Pfanne. Auch konnten wir die feuchte Skibekleidung nirgends trocknen. Auf Anfrage hat uns die Vermieterin sofort einen Wäscheständer hingestellt. Wir werden die Wohnung wenn möglich wieder buchen.

Tolle Woche in Saas-Allmagell

Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung grosszügig. Man ist schnell im Dorf und es nicht weit zur Bushaltestelle mit direkten Skibussen nach Saas-Fee. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Tolle erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine super tolle, erholsame Corona-Auszeit in der herrlichen Bergwelt von Saas-Fee. In der großen Wohnung haben wir uns mit unseren erwachsenen Söhnen sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend von der sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieterin betreut. Unser Dank gilt auch der Schweiz, die Skifahren in dieser Zeit ermöglicht hat.
