Public parking 50 m extra. Shop 50 m, bus stop " Office de Tourisme" 150 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
"Les Arcades", 3-room house 220 m2 on 3 levels. Renovated, tasteful furnishings: upper floor: large living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed and 1 french bed (160 cm), bath/WC, double hand-basin and air conditioning. 2nd upper floor: open, 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed (160 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. 3nd upper floor: large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 1 ceramic glass hob hotplate, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Electric heating. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Casa molto grande e splendidamente dotata e arredata, posta in pieno centro storico del delizioso paese di Nyons. Unici difetti: la posizione del paese un po' defilata rispetto ai principali indirizzi turistici (ma c'è molto da vedere anche il loco) e l'assenza dell'impianto di condizionamento all'ultimo piano dove c'è la cucina-pranzo.

Schönes Haus, mit Einschränkungen

Ein tolles sauberes Haus. Leider ist die Inneneinrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Der Spüler wäscht nicht, an der Waschmaschine sind die Dämpfer defekt, der Grill war unbenutzbar,... Die Schlüsselübergabe bei An und Abreise war grauenhaft. Zum Glück hat da Interchalet weiter geholfen. Alles in allem 3 Sterne

Sehr gut

Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt. Man ist sofort im Zentrum, wo schöne Läden und Restaurants sind. Nur in kurzer Entfernung befindet sich ein Supermarkt, wo man alles Mögliche einkaufen kann. Die Zimmer sind groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die große Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit des Materials hätte noch Luft nach oben. Wir würden aber jederzeit wiederkommen. :-)

Van alle gemakken voorzien

Een mooi Frans huis op een prachtig plekje in historisch Nyons. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij waren er tussen kerst en nieuwjaar. De slaapvertrekken zijn dan aan de koude kant. De keuken op de bovenste verdieping is prima te verwarmen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Overdracht van de sleutel kostte wat moeite omdat de locatie een meeting point is en de overdracht niet in de locatie is. Alles was netjes en schoon. Nyons is een prachtig stadje net als de omgeving. Er is genoeg te doen

L'appartement est aménagé avec un goût exquis, ce qui permet de se sentir immédiatement à l'aise. La vue sur la place des arcades est magnifique, seulement la nuit, il y a parfois un peu de bruit à cause de quelques personnes. Sinon, tout est parfait.

Schön, mal wieder in Nyons gewesen zu sein, einem der schönsten Orte in Frankreich.

Überwältigend. Die alte Architektur mittig in einer alten Architektur mit einer ganz besonderen künstlerischen Gestaltung und Ausstattung. Außergewöhnlich, sicher auch gelegentlich gewöhnungsbedürftig aber in sich stimmig. Es ist eigentlich ein kleines Museum für Design und Afrika, mittig in einem Städtchen das an sich schon ein Museum ist. Einfach klasse.

dès mon arrivée, j'ai pu constater de très fortes distorsions entre la description et la réalité. En effet, le nettoyage total de l’appartement n’avait pas été réalisé, le sol, les meubles, les fenêtres (toiles d’araignées dans la chambre du 1er étage), la vaisselle, les couverts, les ustensiles de cuisine sales et non lavés. Nous avons passé notre vendredi après-midi à nettoyer les trois pièces de l’appartement, sur 3 niveaux. Nous avons rempli 3 sacs de l’aspirateur Dyson. (Saleté, bouloches et autres.) Des connexions électriques et internet non conforme aux normes en vigueurs. De plus, personne ne nous avait informé des travaux de façade qu’une société était entrain de réaliser. (Accès difficile et dangereux, impossible d’ouvrir le volet des escaliers, bruits importants lundi au petit matin) Je loue des appartements depuis plus de 20 ans, je n’avais jamais vu un appartement remis à un locataire dans ce un état de saleté aussi lamentable. nous avons passés 4 heures de nettoyage à 4 personnes pour mettre à niveau de propreté, votre appartement afin de pouvoir l’utiliser, comme nous aurions dû le trouver, suivant l’engagement du site internet Abritel. Pour moi cela s’appelle une tromperie. Je souhaiterais également avoir les coordonnées du propriétaire, (adresse complète, mail, téléphone) afin de l’informer de ces faits.

Ruim appartement midden in de stad

Het appartement was ruim en helaas niet overal goed schoon. Door een probleem bij aankomst hebben we ruim anderhalf uur geprobeerd de klantenservice te bereiken. We bleven in de wachtstand. Van de organisatie hebben we dus helemaal geen ondersteuning gehad. Dankzij welwillende mensen in de omgeving kon het probleem na 4 uur verholpen worden. De klantenservice van Interhome gaf niet thuis (misschien op vakantie?) Er was een groot aantal lampen niet voorzien van een (gloei)lamp. Matige verlichting

Außergewöhnliches Haus in toller Lage.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am historischen Marktplatz, von der Dachterrasse kann man das Treiben auf dem Platz wunderbar beobachten. Auf der Dachterrasse, an die die gut ausgestattete Küche angeschlossen ist, kann man schön essen. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet mit schönen Möbeln und Kunst, die Bäder (ohne Türen, was uns nicht gestört hat weil wir nur zu zweit waren) waren schön und sauber. Parken ist schwierig weil Innenstadtlage, daher ist es natürlich auch laut. Sehr netter Inhaber.

La place des arcades est un lieu de vie emblematique à Nyons, quoi de mieux qu'une belle maison qui donne directement dessus; La maison est décorée avec goût, d'inspirations multiples, africaines comme scandinaves et la terrasse est très agréable. Pour ceux qui n'ont pas besoin d'une piscine c'est vraiment l'endroit ideal, avec un prix raisonnable pour rayonner dans cette belle région. On se sent très bien dans cette maison et les salles de bain sont quasi ausi grandes que les chambres, tout yest agréable. je la recommande chaudement, d'autant plus qu'elle doit etre fraiche l'été qd le soleil brule.

Très bel appartement

Magnifique appartement, très bien décoré, avec goût. Confortable, spacieux, bien équipé. Les enfants avaient un étage pour eux et c'était donc bien confortable pour nous. L'appartement est en plein centre donc on peut tout faire à pied. Aléas du centre ville, c'est bruyant. Pas spécialement gênant la journée par contre très tôt le matin. Mieux vaut prévoir. Petit bémol sur le ménage du sol qui était à peine balayé. Le reste était très bien.

Die UNterkunft liegt sehr zentral und es iszz eom schönes Gefühl, in einem toll renoivierten aber sehr alten Haus am zentralen Platz der Stadt zu wohnen. Innen wirklich top ausgestattet. Der Hinweis eines anderen Bewerters, Sitzkissen für die Liegen mitzubringen war prima. Man muß aber wissen, daß es abends zum Teil auch noch länger dauern bis Ruhe einkehrt. Da wir das Leben in einer kleinen Stzadt mitbekommen wollten, hat uns das nicht gestört. Defekte Kaffemaschine wurde sofort ausgetauscht.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage! Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Küche leider nicht. Geschirr und Kochtöpfe etc. waren nicht sauber bei Ankunft, ebenso der Kühlschrank. Die Spülmaschine ist nicht voll funktionsfähig. Selbst vorgespültes Geschirr wurde nicht sauber. Die Balkonmöbel waren teilweise kaputt und konnten deshalb nicht genutzt werden.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Haus. Es war wieder sehr schön. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet.Die Stühle im Küchenbereich sollten geleimt werden. Für die Terrasse wären Sitzkissen wünschenswert. Reisetipps: Les vautours de Rémuzat!!

Eigentlich ist die Unterkunft ...

Eigentlich ist die Unterkunft absolut schön. Wir waren bereits mehrmals in diesem Ferienhaus, allerdings sollten mittlerweile die Stühle in der Küche ausgewechselt werden. Sie sind alle ein wenig wackelig. Die Ausstattung der Küche hat im Laufe der Jahreauch etwas nachgelassen. Die wunderschöne Terrasse, mit Blick auf den Marktplatz, ist von der Küche mit einer großen Glasfront getrennt. Auch hier fehlt mittlerweile ein wenig der Stabilität. Sonst ist das Haus sehr schön. Wer allerdings keine Treppen steigen kann ist fehl am Platz, da hier drei übereinander liegende Etagen vorhanden sind. Wer absolute Stille im Urlaub sucht, sollte ebenfalls woanders urlauben. Da das Haus am Marktplatz liegt ist dort immer Bewegung, leider auch schon ab ca. 06:00 Uhr dadort z.B. der Platz gereinigt wird. Wer aber mit kurzen Wegen in provenzialisches Kleinstadtflair eintauchen möchte, der sollte dieses Haus unbedingt buchen. Der zweimal in der Woche stattfindende Bauermarkt ist super, eben auch von der Terrasse.Mit dem Verwalter des Hauses kann man sich auch ohne französische Sprachkenntnissen, mit Händen und Füßen, verständigen.

französisches Leben wie erträumt

ein sehr geschmackvoll, individuell eingerichtetes Haus, mit Komfort. Ideal mitten in der Stadt gelegen, der Markt vor der Tür. Der Aufenthalt war ein Genuss. Nicht zu vergessen auch die nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarschaft. Ich habe gleich nachgesehen, wann die Möglichkeit besteht, das Haus nochmals zu mieten und habe festgestellt, dass die Begeisterung allgemein besteht, aber im Herbst wird es wohl wieder klappen.
