Beautiful residence "Villa d'Este", 4 storeys. 12 apartments in the residence. 200 m from the centre of Arcachon, 5 km from the centre of La Teste-de-Buch, 70 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in a central position, 500 m from the sea. In the complex: reception, WiFi, storage room for bicycles. Shop 200 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, café, pedestrian zone 200 m, bus stop "Ligne 3" 550 m, sandy beach "Bassin d'Arcachon" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. The photo is just an example. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing. The reception with internet access (Wi-Fi, included) is located in the 'Jardin Mauresque' residence opposite.

Unser Appartment war überdurch...
Unser Appartment war überdurchschnittlich groß (90 qm ?), im 3. OG und von der Strasse abgewandt. Das war sehr angenehm. Das Mobiliar ist (Baujahr 2006) zu Teil austauschbedürftig. (Esstisch, Kühlschrank, Badezimmermöbel und Duschwand sowie Dusche). Duschen ist für Menschen über 165 cm nur auf Knien möglich. Die Duschwand steht schief, das Bad wird zwangsläufig nass. Ansonsten ist alles OK und die Betten sind gut und groß. Die Wohnung ist eine Maissonette mit steiler Treppe zu Schlafräumen und Bad. Für uns OK, für kleine Kinder oder Menschen mit Behinderung nicht machbar.Die Dachterrasse ist ca. 20 qm groß, mit 1 Tisch + 3 Stühlen + 2 Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. WLAN gibt es nicht, LTE sehr gut verfügbar. Tiefgaragenplatz und Aufzug sind praktisch und notwendig.Check In und Check Out waren problemlos. Reisetipps: Acarchon und das Bassin d'Acarchon sind zu jeder Jahrszeit eine Reise wert. Es gibt für jede Aktivität und jeden Geschmack etwas.Die Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Ort sind sehr gutund reichlich.Inzwischen sind die Preise in Frankreich (2018) günstiger oder gleich wie in Deutschland.Einfach super !

Das im Prospekt angegebene deu...
Das im Prospekt angegebene deutsch SAT–TV gab es nicht, nur franz. TV. Ausstattung war zweckmäßig. Das WC sehr beengt. Der Abstellplatz für Pkw ist insbesondere für größere Pkw und SUV zu schmal und durch Säulen eingeengt. Reisetipps: Wohnung ist günstg zur Stadt gelegen. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in größerem Umkreis gegeben.

Séjour agréable mais un peu bruyant
Nous étions au 3è étage, l'appartement correspond au
descriptif. Il faut vraiment préciser un duplex.
L'escalier est un peu raide. Les 2 chambres sont à l'étage.
Autrement il est très clair et très spacieux, par rapport
à beaucoup d'appartements à Arcachon, mais sur rue, donc
un peu bruyant. Cette rue est très passante. De plus pas
de chance, il y a eu une fuite de gaz. Ils ont ouvert la chaussée
et pour cela ont utilisé une scie pour découper le bitume
pendant toute l'après-midi. Le soir nous avons dû diner
à l'extérieur, parce qu'ils n'arrivaient pas à arrêter cette
fuite (Gaz de France Urgence). C'était le mercredi soir.
A part cela, l'immeuble est bien situé, central et à 200 m
de la plage et du bord de mer. Commercants, marché
à proximité...
Dans l'ensemble nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
