In the district of Le Garthieu 6 km from the centre of Hourtin, 24 km from the centre of Lesparre-Médoc, 52 km from the centre of Soulac-sur-Mer, 17 km from the sea, 8 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property 2'600 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, bus stop "Les ourmes" 8 km, sandy beach "Hourtin-Plage" 17 km, lake Lac d'Hourtin 8 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.
"Nico", 4-room house 115 m2. Bright, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen), radio, CD-player, DVD and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. 2

Seltsame Auffassung d. Verwalterin wg Endreinigung

Die Verwalterin ist auch für Reinigung zuständig, allerdings nicht ihre Passion (Küche+Geräte waren extrem schmierig + seit längerem nicht geputzt). Gläser-Sammelsurium total blind vom jahrel Gebrauch und Spülen im Geschirrspüler. Die besten Gläser waren geleerte Verpackungsgläser als Trinkgläser (Senf/Nutella, noch mit MHD Aufdruck)! Bereits bei Vereinbarung der Abreisezeit schwante uns, daß es mit der 100% Kautionsrückgabe eng würde. Angeblich hätten wir Bad/WC komplett selbst putzen sollen

Rustig verblijf

Het huisje is proper, ruim en licht. Volgende informatie wille we wel meegeven aan toekomstige huurders: de bedden zijn laag en hard (dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk). De eettafel in huis is een houten tuintafel wat voor morsen zorgt De keuken is ok, voldoende materiaal enkel de kookpotten en pannen zijn duidelijk verouderd. Het zwembad is proper maar het water aan de koude kant. De aankomst en vertrek procedure omslachtig.

En pleine nature...

...au calme et pourtant loin de rien grâce à la piscine sur place, au Wifi, à Hourtin où on peut faire toutes les courses nécessaires (il faut souligner les cafés, la boulangerie, la poissonnerie, le marché et surtout la librairie). La mer reste magnifique et les plages sont bien surveillées. La maison est agréablement décorée et lumineuse. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Le grand jardin permet de vivre dehors sur la terrasse en bois au bord de la piscine super sympa. Que du bonheur !!!

Vermieterin und Verwalter spre...

Vermieterin und Verwalter sprechen ausschl. französisch. Sprachkenntnisse sind unerlässlich (englisch hilft auch nichts!!)Positiv: Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Holzterrasse und der Pool sind neu und sauber. Das Haus liegt direkt vorm Wald. Sehr ruhig incl. Sternenhimmel u. Kiefernadelgeruch.Negativ:Das Haus war definitiv nicht sauber geputzt bei unserer Ankunft.In der Dusche schimmelt der Rand und der Duschvorhang. Einige Stühle auf der Terrasse sind kaputt oder dreckig.Die Betten v.a. der Kinderknarzen bei jedem umdrehen. Bei unserer Ankunft war im Wohnraum ein Rollo kaputt, der zu bleiben musste. Allerdings hat sich am Abend der Motor eingeschaltet, der permanent versucht hat, den Rollo zu öffnen. Das ging die ganze Nacht alle 15 Min und war sehr laut. Eine SMS an die Vermieterin war nicht wirklich hilfreich. Wir haben uns dann selber geholfen. Für die Schlussabrechnung unbedingt passendes Geld vorrätig haben. Der Verwalter hat kein(!) Geld dabei und ist kleinlich. Bei uns haben für eine passende Bezahlung 0,18€ gefehlt. Die wollte er unbedingt haben. Reisetipps: – Bordeaux– Dune du Pilat– Arcachon

Die Dusche wurde gründlich gereinigt und der Duschvorhang erneuert.Die Stühle auf der Terrasse wurden zum Saisonbeginn 2019 ersetzt.Das Rollo wurde repariert und funktioniert wieder.

Sauber und alle zum Haushalt g...

Sauber und alle zum Haushalt gehörigen Utensilien waren vorhanden.Das Öffnen des Pools ist mit etwas Kraft verbunden.Die Lage der Lokalität ist naturnah und ruhig.Die Nächsten Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in Hourtin mit Auto oder Fahrrad möglich. Reisetipps: Zu empfehlen ist die Medoc Weinroute und verschiedene Strände an der Atlantikküste. Diese sind sauber und für Surfer und Wassersportler ideal. Die Fahrradwege rund um Hourtin sind hervorragend.
