Belle maison et bien située pour de belles balades dans la region

Très bon accueil par le propriétaire. Jolie maison très lumineuse , beaucoup d espace pour une grande famille .Nous avons apprécié la propreté , la bonne literie, la salle de bain avec la baignoire balneo et douche . Cuisine bien équipée. Le salon confortable. Très joli terrain et grand garage .

Maison spacieuse et confortable

La maison est spacieuse et offre un espace de vie au rez-de-chaussée particulièrement agréable avec ses nombreuses baies vitrées qui apportent une grande clarté. La literie est confortable, les 2 salles de bain et wc (rdc et 1er étage) permettent aux occupants de chaque niveau de disposer du nécessaire. Le temps couvert ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement du joli jardin. Un barbecue à gaz est mis à disposition. Un seul reproche, l’impossibilité de disposer sur place de draps et serviettes de bain, ce qui nous a obligés à les transporter et à occuper une place dans la voiture qui aurait été plus utile aux voyageurs (nous étions 6) ; nous avons suggéré au propriétaire de mettre draps et serviettes en option pour la location. Au final, une maison moderne et confortable que nous recommandons.

Super leuk huis, met veel ruimte

Dit huis is super leuk. Heerlijk ruim, met een goed ingerichte keuken. De eigenaar spreekt alleen Frans, maar hij is erg welwillend dus je komt er samen heus wel uit. Wij hebben 2 heerlijke weken hier mogen beleven. De garage hoort er ook bij, enorm ruim! Echt een aanrader

Wie allerdings auch im Katalog...

Wie allerdings auch im Katalog angegeben, führt eine verkehrsreiche Straße nach Lannion unterhalb des Grundstücks vorbei. Zum Strand (z.B. Trégastel) sind es 16 km, zum Bäcker und Intermarché in Ploubezre 2,5 km Reisetipps: Die gesamte Küstenregion (Trégastel, Perros-Guirec, St.Michel-en-Greves) ist interessant. Besonders ploumanach mit der imposanten Felsenküste (riesige Felsbrocken). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten-außer in Ploubezre-insbesondere in Markthallen und auf dem Markt (Donnerstag) in Lannion.

Maison toute équipée rien ne m...

Maison toute équipée rien ne manque, spacieuse, lumineuse, très propre. Grand terrain, grand garage, grande terrasse avec store électrique. 5 grandes chambres très bien agencées. Première location de maison individuelle et pas déçue du tout ! Propriétaires adorables et à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement cette location. Conseils de voyage: Enormément de randonnées à faire dans la région. Ploumanac'h, Perros Guirec, Paimpol,... sans parler des petits villages typiques Bretons. Priviligiez le début août plutôt que la fin août pour les animations car un peu tristounet la dernière semaine.
