Could be a nice house in a great location for the town and beach. However, condition is tired. Upon arrival there was an electric socket hanging out of the wall, a broken bed with several slats broken and so unusable, a broken window latch that meant the building could not be locked, the toilet seat was off, the garage door was also hanging off and that too could not be locked. NOT a good start. I fixed the garage door and toilet seat and had to wait in a full day and a half for a workman. POOR.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus am Meer

Le maupas ist fĂŒr einen Urlaub am Meer sehr gut gelegen, NĂ€he zum Meer, zum Supermarkt und in den Ort. Die Zimmer sind hell und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. FĂŒr das Auto ist bequem Platz. Wer sich selbst versorgen möchte, findet alle nötigen GerĂ€tschaften, die GerĂ€te sind leistungsstark wie im normalen Haushalt.

Tolles Haus in idealer Lage

Der einzige Kritikpunkt an diesem Haus ist die Toilette: der Raum an sich ist viel zu klein/zu eng, hat kein Fenster und die Abluft funktioniert nicht. Große Menschen mĂŒssen die TĂŒr offen lassen, was fĂŒr die ĂŒbrigen Mitbewohner nicht unbedingt angenehm ist.

Maison trÚs propre et bien agencée. Dommage que le jardin ne soit pas entretenu, mieux arrangé pour la détente et qu'il ne soit pas plus isolé par rapport à la route (passante).

Inventaire à revoir (vaisselle , barbecue ) auteur des lustres , lumiÚre de la hotte et confort de la cuisine à revoir. Fixation du comptoir , éclairage de l'évier inexistant. Les butées de portes à contrÎler. ProblÚme d'électricité à vérifier pour l'hiver, radiateur et four ne font pas bon ménage, oups !

Maison de vacances agrĂ©able et suffisamment Ă©quipĂ©e. IdĂ©alement localisĂ©e : proche commerces, centre-ville, plage... la voiture peut rester Ă  l’abri dans la cour le temps du sĂ©jour. Cuisine fonctionnelle avec tout le matĂ©riel nĂ©cessaire. Un seul point faible peut ĂȘtre: la literie un peu lĂ©gĂšre de la chambre double. Mais ça reste nĂ©anmoins suffisamment pour une courte pĂ©riode de vacances.

Maison bien située par rapport au centre ville, à la plage et au SUPER U et endroit calme. Tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. Maison propre. Dommage que le terrain n'est été débroussaillé que la veille de notre départ.

Un séjour réussi sur cette agréable station balnéaire à taille humaine. La maison est simple et confortable, trÚs bien équipée et idéalement située : prÚs de toutes les commodités ( plage, restaurants, centre ville , supermarché, commerces...) et trÚs au calme à la fois. positiv: Kleine Garage als Abstellraum fĂŒr FahrrĂ€der oder Surfbretter; Waschmaschine in der Garage, neuer Induktionsherd; komplette KĂŒchenausstattung;negativ: Extrem kleiner Toilettenraum, TĂŒre ca. 45 cm breit, TĂŒrblatt streift ToilettenschĂŒssel;keine deutsche Fernsehprogramme; sehr kleines, kurzes Bett; extrem niedriger Wasserdruck, Wassermenge aus Hahn und Dusche sehr gering.Das Haus war vor unserer Ankunft nicht genutzt und wurde nicht gelĂŒftet, es roch muffig. Reisetipps: Ausser sehr gutem Srand bieten sich noch AusflĂŒge nach La Rochelle (ca. 60 min), zur Ile de Re und nach Les Sables–d'Olonne an. Restliche Umgebung ist nicht nennenswert.

Eigene Töpfe und Pfannen mitbringenDie Betten sind schmal und kurz und eher durchgelegen. Die Dusche ist ein Rinnsal und der Außenbereich bietet keinerlei PrivatsphĂ€re.ABER:Die Entfernung zum Strand und zum Ort ist super, ebenso die NĂ€he zum Supermarkt. Das Haus ist sauber, und lĂ€sst sich auch gut sauber halten (keine Teppichböden!)Die Raumaufteilung ist klasse (fĂŒr 4 Personen), das Bad relativ neu und schön. Die KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet, (Mikrowelle, GeschirrspĂŒler etc.Leider kein WLAN .NĂ€he zu den SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten der Region ist toll, wenn man Besichtigungstouren plant.

Ein gutes Raumspray sollte man auf jeden Fall einpacken, da es muffig riecht. ( siehe auch Bewertung vom Mai)Wer gerne bei offenem Fenster schlĂ€ft sollte ausserdem dicke Decken mitbringen.Die vorhandenen Bettdecken sind fĂŒr herbstliche Temperaturen nichtgeeignet.Wir wĂŒrden dieses Haus nicht noch einmal mieten. Einfache Ferienwohnung mit ausreichende Ausrustung.

Es eine einfache Ferienwohnung. Die online Angaben sind korrekt. Zwar fehlen in der Kuche einige Sachen bzw funktioneren nicht. So war der Salat Trockner defect, die gummi Abdichtung von der Ofen ist nicht in ordnung. Die Betten sind perfect, fuer uns jedenfalls. Was richtig fehlt sind einige Liege Stuhle und einige komfortabele Sessel im Wohnzimmer. Wir wurden die Wohnung weiter emphelen aber erwarten Sie bitte keine Luxus. Die Umgebung hat viele Moglicheiten zum Radfahren und spatsieren und wir sind mit einen einfachen E-bike gut zurecht gekommen.
