Der Gastgeber war aufmerksam, aber man kann bei einer Temperatur von -10 C keine Wohnung vermieten, die nur 24 cm Auszenwände hat, dasz sollte strafbar sein.Ich muszte also permanent die E-Heizkörper in Betrieb haben, um einigermaszen die Zimmer warm zu bekommen. Ich bin einen Tag eher weggefahren in eine andere Unterkunft. Bis zum heutigen Tag wurde keine Abrechung der 250,- Kaution abgerechnet, auch ziemlich ungewöhnlich. Wir haben Fotos der Zimmertemperaturen und der Verbräuche. Eine Abrechnung sollte wesentlich schneller erfolgen und eine vermietung nur in den wärmeren Monaten.
