Unkorrekte Aussage und Verheimlichung bzw falsche Beschreibung des Zugang von Ferienwohnung.

Reiseabbruch am 28.05.2025, wegen gravierenden Mängeln. Zugang über Treppen u. abschüssige nasse Wiese. 70% Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung. Tag u. Nacht liefen Trocknungsgeräte. Unsaubere Duschabtrennung mit schwarzen Rändern. Ein baufälliges Tischchen im Schlafzimmer welches mehrfach stümperhaft repariert wurde, ein Tischbein gab ohne starke Belastung nach. Der Kühlschrank stand provisorisch in einer Abstellkammer. Zusammen mit meiner Frau telefonierte ich zwei mal mit Herrn Zitlau wegen dem Zugang zur Wohnung. Nach seiner Aussage hätte der Zugang zur Ferienwohnung nur eine Stufe, über den rückseitigen Zugang führten zwei provisorische Treppen, welche ich nur sehr schwer bewältigen konnte. Herr Zitlau wurde darüber informiert, dass ich schwer-gehbehindert bin. Er meinte dass er nicht wusste, wie sich dieses auf das Laufen auswirke.Ich forderte von Herrn Zitlau die gesamten Reisekosten zurück. Entsprechende Fotos belegen meine Beschreibung. Bisher gab es keine Antwort von Ihm. Meine Frau und ich mussten deshalb vorzeitig abreisen.mfg. Otto Mainitz
