Sehr sauber, gemütlich in ruhige Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer .super entspannend . Küche sehr sauber , neu mit alle Geräte. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut . Parken im Innenhof . Wir hatten sehr schöne und entspannte Tage in der Wohnung . Vielen Dank , wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Ulivi sul Mare in Imperia/ Poggi

Wir waren sehr willkommen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Oktober in der Nebensaison war alles sehr entspannt mit wenigen Feriengästen. Wir haben Ruhe und Entspannung gefunden.

Traumhafte Lage in den Bergen der Küste

Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft, Markise ist vorhanden, Schlagläden gegen die Hitze, Klimaanlage war top! Frühstücken mit Blick aufs Meer. Was will man mehr. Der Eigentümer hat uns sogar freundliche Tipps für Radtouren gegeben. Schade, dass man mit dem Auto so Probleme hat, es ist halt sehr sehr steil. Allrad ist auf jeden Fall hilfreich. Wir hatten glücklicherweise unsere e-bikes dabei. Ohne wäre es ein wenig anstrengend geworden. Fahrradwege an der Küste entlang sind einfach wunderschön!

Eine kompakte, gut ausgestattete, schöne und moderne Wohnung , gute Küchenausstattung! Wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer und auf Porto maurizio, Ruhe. Steil, aber fußläufig zum Einkaufen und ans Meer/Strand/Promenade mit Restaurants (knapper kilometer). Mountainbiken Richtung Dolcedo vom Haus aus. Sehr netter Vermieter, eher ein Gastgeber, wohnt im Haus unterhalb.

Licht und Schatten

Die tatsächlich sehr schöne Aussicht ist mit einer extrem schweren, steilen Zufahrt -Rumpelstrecke, auch innerhalb des Grundstücks, erkauft. Mehrmaliges Rangieren mit dem Auto ist nötig. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt, in der Küche ist für einen Urlaub alles vorhanden. Großes Minus sind die Geräusche aus der oberen Wohnung, weil deren Bewohner ständig die Stühle hin und her rücken (morgens ab 7 Uhr, abends bis mind. 23 Uhr). Wenn dieser permanente Geräuschpegel nicht wäre, wäre es wirklich ruhig.

Eine sehr gute saubere geschma...

Eine sehr gute saubere geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung! Es ist genauso wie es in der Beschreibung steht und auf den Bildern gezeigt wird. Der Blick von dem Balkon ist wirklich malerisch. Der gemütliche Hof mit Tisch und Stühlen ist einladend, das haben wir auch richtig ausgenutzt. Abends ist es sehr ruhig! Wir haben wunderschöne zwei Urlaubswochen gehabt, in vielem, dank der guten Unterkunft!!! Das Einzige, die Anfahrt mit dem Auto zum Parkplatz in der Anlage, braucht sehr viel Erfahrung.

Tolle Wohnung in einem gepfleg...

Tolle Wohnung in einem gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus gehobenen Standards. Die anderen Mitbewohner sind im Oktober nicht da, so dass man völlige Ruhe mit herrlichem Meerblick im Grünen genießen kann. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, wer gern kocht findet hier alles in gutem Zustand vor.Die Übergabe vor Ort ist problemlos.Gute Beherrschung des Autos sind wegen der Steigung und der Enge der Zufahrt nützlich.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunde...

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderhübsch und modern ausgestattet. Es steckt sehr viel Liebe im Detail.Die Anfahrt fiel uns etwas schwer, da die sehr liebe Schlüsselhalterin ausschliesslich Italienisch spricht und wir leider nicht ... Wenn man aber angekommen ist, beeindruckt der tolle Blick aufs Meer und die Stadt. Die Liegen und die schöne Aussendusche haben uns so manchen Tag veranlasst gar nicht ans Meer herunter zu fahren sondern die große Ruhe "Zuhause" zu geniessen. Wir waren im Haus die einzigen Bewohner. Die Italienischen Besitzer der beiden anderen Wohnungen waren nur am Wochenende da. Reisetipps: Der Weg hinunter zur Stadt ist wirklich enorm steil für uns Norddeutsche ... Da muss man wirklich gut zu Fuß sein! Die Nähe zu solch tollen Städten wie Monte Carlo und Niza ist perfekt. Eine Tagestour dort hin sollte man nicht auslassen! Auch der in der Nähe beginnende 24 km lange Radweg der direkt an der Küste entlangführt ist sehr zu empfehlen! Die Räder um Verleih sind wirklich tiptop und es gibt auch e–Bikes.

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig aus...

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon/Garten ist perfekt. Die ruhige Lage ist sehr wohltuend. Der Service vor Ort ist wirklich perfekt, vielen Dank! Ein Beispiel: eine kleine Reklamation wurde superschnell und professionell behoben. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in Ligurien. Reisetipps: Bitte bei der Planung bedenken, dass in Ligurien die Straßen sehr schmal und kurvig sein können. Ein kompaktes Fahrzeug mit kleinem Wendekreis und etwas Bodenfreiheit führt zu entspanntem Fahren. In Imperia ist das Ölmuseum wirklich zu empfehlen.
