In the centre of Apricale 16 km from the centre of Ventimiglia, 7 km from the centre of Dolceacqua, 14 km from the sea, in a pedestrian area. 250 m footpath to the house. Public parking 250 m. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 11 km, restaurant, bar, bakery 200 m, bus stop "Strada bivio Perinaldo" 650 m, sandy beach "Vallecrosia" 14 km.
"Casa Reanna", 2-room house 60 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2020, very cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom, on 2 levels. Kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave). Bath/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.05.
