Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, cooking island). Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Wood heating, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, kettle, freezer) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Upper floor: gallery. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Balcony, 2 terraces covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Beautiful Villa

We are very plesaed with our choice of villa. The Villa , gardens and pool area were fabulous. Outdoor seating area really beautiful spotlessly clean . hort walk into town. Quiet. We arrived late and were disappoitneted that no welcome pack was provided. First time in twenty years of renting a villa with no welcome pack . We arrived after the shops has closed. This however would not deter us from renting it again.

Einfach ein Traum

Wir haben den erneuten Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub benötigt (sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, falls man gerne kocht und viel Geschirr). Das Anwesen ist einfach traumhaft, die Loggia, der Teich, die vielen Rückzugsorte am Schatten, die Stille und der grosse Pool. Alles sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem traumhaften Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben noch nie eine so gut ausgestattet Küche in einem Ferienhaus gehabt. Der Außenbereich ist auch traumhaft. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und wird von dem Besitzer regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Lage ist günstig, um die Algarve zu erkunden. Supermärkte sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

top gepflegt und super ausgestattet

Wir haben Anfang April acht sehr entspannte Tage in dieser sehr gepflegten Finca verbracht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Grundstück sehr liebevoll angelegt mit vielen unterschiedlichen Sitzplätzen, der Pool ist seeehr erfrischend (!) und von einer perfekten Größe und wurde von uns auch so früh im Jahr schon genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, aber ein Auto ist nötig, um Sand- und Felsalgarve zu erkunden. Einzig der Wasserdruck ist etwas schwach und die Straße könnte stören.

Super Haus abseits der Touristenströme

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal im Haus und haben uns, wie immer, sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns ist die Lage abseits der Touristenorte ideal. Trotzdem ist man schnell am Strand, sowohl Barlovento als auch Sotavento! Der Vermieter/Besitzer des Hauses hat uns auch wieder sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Pool ist super, sehr gepflegt, genauso wie Haus und Grundstück. Regelmäßig wird renoviert bzw. erneuert (wir können ja vergleichen…) Immer wieder gerne!!!!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus im Hinterland von Faro ! Schöner Garten mit Teich und vielen Tieren ( Kois , Schildkröten u. Fröschen ) und einen tollen Pool , der alle zwei Tage vom Besitzer gereinigt wird. Das Haus ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet , besonders die Küche ist nah zu perfekt . Ja , dieses Ferienhaus ist etwas ganz besonderes ! Vielen Dank !

Wunderbare Terrasse

Wirklich tolle Terrasse, sehr gemütlich mit Fernseher und Musikanlage. Ganz neuer Gasgrill. Der normale BBQ-Grill müsste allerdings erneuert werden, ist eigentlich unbrauchbar. Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es mangelt nicht an Geschirr und Geräten.

Tout était parfait pour un séjour en famille avec 2 adolescents. Maison très grande avec jolie décoration, un patio bien aménagé, cuisine agréable et très bien équipée, literie impeccable, piscine sublime! et que dire du jardin … Un vrai paradis à découvrir !! Propriétaire très gentil, discret et disponible :) On a bien aimé les villes de Tavira et Olhao avec ses bons petits restos ! Juste envie de revenir !

Tolles Haus für gutes Geld

Wir haben einen wirklich tollen Urlaub an der Algarve verbracht. Und haben mit diesem Haus einen Volltreffer gelandet. Top gepflegtes Grundstück und ein toll eingerichtetes Haus. Abends kann man es sich unter der überdachten Terrasse gemütlich machen und der Pool ist in seiner Größe echt super. Wir würden in jedem Fall jederzeit wiederkommen.

Rundum perfekt

Schon bei der Ankunft präsentiert sich das Haus bestens, ein sehr geschmackvoll angelegter Garten und ein sehr gepflegtes Gebäude. Der positive Eindruck setzt sich im Inneren fort, stimmiges Mobiliar und Einrichtung, alles in sehr gutem Erhaltungszustand. Und ein wirklich netter Vermieter...was könnt man sich noch mehr wünschen?

Ein kleines Paradies

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem und mehr, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Viele gemütliche Ecken auf dem Grundstück, freundlicher Vermieter, toller (kalter 19 °C) Pool. Es wäre allerdings schön gewesen, wenn sich der Vermieter bemerkbar gemacht hätte, wenn er das Grundstück pflegt und den Pool reinigt. Klingeln (es gibt eine Klingel), klopfen oder ein "Hallo" und "Bye" wäre besser, als wenn einem vor Schreck der Kaffee überschwappt, weil plötzlich ein Schlauch in den Pool fällt.

Für uns perfekt!

Bereits zum dritten mal im Quintal das Oliveiras sagt ja wohl alles. Für uns ist es das perfekte Feriendomizil. Wir habe jeweils zu zweit oder zu viert hier gewohnt: Platz ohne Ende, Ausstattung mit allem, was benötigt wird (und noch viel mehr), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf im Umkreis von max. 2 Km. Wir sind seit fast 30 Jahren in Portugal unterwegs und haben jetzt hier das mit Abstand beste Domizil gefunden. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub hier.
