Abseits vom Trubel

Das Haus ist gut in Schuß. Bei 38Grad und mehr war der Pool natürlich ein Highlight. Das Haus liegt im Hinterland, leider sind die Autobahnanschlüsse sehr weit. Das laute Hundegebell nachts muss man halt in Kauf nehmen. Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Badetücher f Pool und Strand sollten zur Grundausstattung gehören.

Heerlijk huis,rustig gelegen,schoon,alles aanwezig,aardige sleutelhoudster,1xper week schoonmaak,zwembad wordt onderhouden,tja wat is niet zo goed?Alleen het hondengeblaf misschien maar dat hoort erbij.

Pas de tranquillité

Maison spacieuse et propre avec belle piscine mais malheureusement la gestion est à revoir . L’électroménager a au moins 15 ans machine à lavée ,micro onde, cafetière ,ventilateur fonctionne mal car trop vieux . Certains éléments dangereux : prises cassées ou mal fixées (files apparents et accessibles aux enfants), branchement gaz non conforme (tuyau brûlé , fixé sans raccord ). Enfin le confort est exécrable matelas ressort hs ,chiens du voisinage aboient toute les nuits (14 nuits),piscine sale inaccessible 2 jours ,plus de gaz jusqu’au matin ,on a surpris une personne d’entretien dans la maison en notre absence,et même un drone présent en train de nous filmer sur la terrasse. Enfin l’accès à la maison se fait par un petit chemin étroit (compliqué la nuit ). Depuis 20 ans qu’on loue au Portugal c’est la première fois que l’on voit ça . Prestation décevante pour le prix. Pour des vacances tranquilles c’est raté.

We hebben een hele leuke vakantie gehad in la Bella Vista. Qua prijskwaliteit verhouding is het zeker een aanrader. Alles was schoon.

Location dans l'ensemble correct

Villa dans l'ensemble agréable ayant une vu sur le paysage à l'arrière de la maison.Avec un accès sur ruelle étroite, mais rénové. A notre arrivée,problème de compréhension avec la personne qui s'occupe de la maison qui ne parle que Portuguais, mais agréable. Maison bien équipé, mais un canapé à revoir. Pour les arrivées tardive , il y a un coffre à clé.

location déconseillée, à éviter absolument!

très déçu par le service sur place qui gère cette location, maison inaccessible, le personnel ... qui s'occupe de cette location sur place était très désagréable et irrespectueux, il n'a pas répondu à nos attentes et nos problèmes rencontrés sur place, la piscine était froide en permanence et interchalet n'a pas voulu nous mettre la lumière dans la piscine alors qu'elle existe. location loin de tout et pas de belle vue, difficultés pour rentrer la voiture car énorme ravin en face de l'entrée, les chiens du quartier jappent en permanence et surtout la nuit donc impossible de faire une nuit complète et paisible. depuis plus de 10 ans que je loue des maisons de vacances avec interhome, c'est la première fois que je suis déçue au point de me gâcher mes vacances. JE NE CONSEILLE PAS CETTE LOCATION ET JE N'Y RETOURNERAI PAS!

la location est de bonne prest...

la location est de bonne prestation mais les aboiements incessants durant toutes les nuits des chiens du voisinage ne nous ont pas permis de nous reposer et donc de bien profiter du séjour Conseils de voyage: le Portugal possèdent quelques atouts. La gastronomie est bonne, très copieuse pour un prix avantageux

Das Haus ist von den Räumen un...

Das Haus ist von den Räumen und der Aufteilung gut geschnitten. Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr schön. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist verbesserungswürdig. Alle Gläser milchig, 2 von 3 Pfannen nicht zu benutzen, der Pürierstab defekt, von allen Dingen nur das absolut Notwendige, WLAN super langsam. Eine etwas mürrische Verwalterin, die bei Abreise auch penibel kontrollierte, ob das Besteck und die Gläser vollständig sind. Reisetipps: Markthalle Loule

Eine Pfanne und der Pürierstab wurden ausgetauscht.Im Geschirrspüler fehlte Klarspüler, weshalb sich Kalk an den Gläsern festgesetzt hatte. Der Klarspüler wurde nachgefüllt und die Gläser wurden gereinigt.

Même si la villa est très compliquée à trouver,elle est très bien,fonctionnelle ,la piscine très propre et la terrasse grande,un grand merci à Mme Ursula Keiser qui nous à beaucoup aidé le Soir de notre arrivée, Un petit conseil :il est très utile de savoir parler anglais Nous conseillons vraiment cette villa

presque parfait

propre, très grand, location retirée et spectaculaire avec piscine et bien équipée, terrasse sur le toit, en vaut le prix. 3 bémols: bcp de chiens dans les propriétés alentour donc jappements intenses à n'importe quelle heure et les gens qui travaillent sur la propriété sont extrêmement gentils mais débarquent sans avertir :) et sinon le wifi n'est pas directement dans la maison, il faut aller dans un magasin acheter des minutes et payer pour l'avoir, ce n'était pas annoncer clairement
