In the centre Pietrabruna, 10 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 15 km from the centre of Imperia, traffic calmed area, 9.5 km from the sea. 100 m steep footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m. Shop 200 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 10 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Bright, renovated, practical furnishings: upper floor: (open staircase) living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Open walk-through room with 1 fold-away bed (80 cm), shower/bidet/WC. Open kitchen (4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Gas heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the valley, the countryside and the resort. sehr eifach, Ameisen überall

Nur das Bad und das Schlafzimmer hat eine Tür.,ein Bett ist ein Gästebett, der Sonnenschirm war kaputt.Die Terasse ist super schön..Die Aussicht ist herrlich!!.Das Haus ist halt alt und seeehr eifach ausgestattet.Der idyllische Ort ist traumhaft.Ruhig ist es erst ab 13 Uhr.Die Leute arbeiten vormittags und zwar gut hörbar.Für eine Familie mit Teenagern nicht geeignet.

Appartement perché très sympa, à quinze minutes de la mer et proche de jolies cascades

Partis à cinq, deux adultes et trois enfants, nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines à Pietrabruna: ne croyez pas les guides touristiques qui déconseillent la Ligurie, il y a plein de choses à voir et à faire. Pietrabruna, perchée dans la montagne, est typique et le dédale de vieilles ruelles du centre est entièrement piéton. Idéal pour laisser les enfants en liberté! On y trouve deux trattoria, un bar et une épicerie. En descendant vers la côte, un sentier mène à une rivière turquoise et à trois bassin-cascades où l'on peut se baigner tranquillement... même si elle est un peu fraiche! San Lorenzo, à quinze minutes en voiture est une petite station balnéaire familiale accessible à toutes les bourses. Les trois plages publiques sont agréables, nous n'avons jamais eu de mal à poser nos cinq serviettes. Quant au stationnement, on finit toujours par trouver une place. Pour trouver de bons produits, rendez-vous au supermercato via Aurelia. Imperia, toute proche, est une très belle ville, authentique et calme. Si avoir une voiture est incontournable, on peut louer un vélo pour emprunter la piste cyclable qui mène à Ospedaletti (25km) et s'arrêter par exemple pour profiter de la superbe plage de Bussana. Aménagée sur une ancienne voie de chemin de fer, aucune voiture n'y circule. Sur l'appartement en lui-même, rien à dire, si ce n'est que la cuisine n'est pas très bien équipée (pas de saladier, frigo trop petit...). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse avec vue sur les oliviers et la grande bleue, mais gare au vent qui fait parfois s'envoler le parasol.
