Es geht besser

Die Vermieter sprechen nur italienisch (sehr wenig englisch). Bei unserer Ankunft wusste keiner Bescheid und wir wurden nach dem Namen unseres Vermieters gefragt?! Schon etwas ungewöhnlich für eine private Ferienwohnungsvermietung. Der Brötchenservice hat gut funktioniert. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend, aber leider keine „Erstbefüllung“ wie Zucker oder Salz oder Spüllappen vorhanden. Die Betten sind richtig hart!! Die Kopfkissen auch!!

Ho trovato tutto pulito e in ordine.soggiorno piacevolissimo,massima disponibilità del proprietario. Unica piccolissima pecca:uno dei fornelli a induzione non si scaldava. Zona tranquilla,consigliabile.

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, einfach und funktional, was man braucht ist auch vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt habe ich allerdings : Die Schiebetür zur Dusche lässt sich nur 36cm (!) weit öffnen, was für "kräftigere" Menschen ungeeignet ist. Aber auch mir konnte geholfen werden, ich durfte im Haupthaus duschen (alles gut somit). Wenn man etwas mehr auf die Waage bringt, sollte man eine andere Wohnung nehmen. Die Landschaft ist ein Traum und gerade für Motorradfahrer ein absolutes MUSS. Aber auch mit dem Rad sind schöne Touren möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder reinschauen.

Von uns hätte es auch ein empfehlenswert mit Einschränkungen sein können ... Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr gut. Wir hatten da kein Problem mit, aber es fehlte der Hinweis auf drei freilaufenden Hunde in Schäferhundgröße – für jemand der Angst hat vor Hunden nicht gerade optimal, auch wenn die Hunde friedlich sind. Das größere Problem ist allerdings, dass diese Hunde in den nach der Beschreibung: "Gepflegter Garten mit Mobiliar, Liegestühlen, Spielgeräten sowie überdachter Sitzplatz und Grill zur gemeinsamen Nutzung aller Gäste" ... Wir haben diesen dann nicht genutzt ... Gepflegt war es ohne Frage, aber das muss nicht sein. Auch für Familien mit Kindern, fände ich es nicht toll, wenn diie Kinder auf solchen Rasenflächen spielen würden, wenn auch unwissend. Mit der Terrasse waren wir sehr zufrieden. Reisetipps: Genialer Ausgangspunkt für viele Motorradtagestouren, direkt am Fusse des Sella Jochs oder des Pordoi Jochs. Serpentinen auf sehr guten Strassen bieten Fahrspaß ohne Ende.

Nette Besitzer, gute Wohnung. Ferienhaus hat sehr gute Austattung.

Man muss leider selbst Aufreumen, wir waren über Brottservise nicht informiert. Im Haus war oft drei freundliche große Hunde ohne Leine, mein Hund hatte Angst. Ansonst war alles cool, ich würde weiter empfehlen. Preis war sehr gut.

sauber, komplett ausgestattet. Aber ein Auto ist von Vorteil, da ewas abgelegen. Keine Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Reisetipps: Ein traumhaftes Skigebiet. Nicht überlaufen.Sehr gut gepflegte Pisten, viele gemütliche Hütten. Gegend sprachlich eher italienisch.

ottima struttura ma gestione carente

La struttura è bella e ben curata. Posizione tranquilla e vicino ai principali servizi. La gestione è stata però carente per i seguenti motivi: - al numero telefonico rispondeva sempre una signora anziana gentile ma non in grado di rispondere alle richieste di qualsiasi natura. Il figlio a cui rinviava la signora non era quasi mai disponibile immediatamente; - una sera non hanno più funzionato le piastre elettriche: l'indomani sono state riparate in mia assenza come richiesto ma il gestore si è poi lamentato in maniera scortese su un presunto cattivo utilizzo delle stesse da parte mia; ..- nella struttura circolavano liberamente cani di grossa dimensione tra cui quello del gestore. Per chi avesse timore dei cani o avesse bambini piccoli la situazione era molto al limite della sopportazione. In conclusione va migliorata l'accoglienza agli ospiti.
