Traumhafter Ausblick mit tollen Pool

Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Aussicht über Peniscola bis zum Strand. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und tief, sodass man auch vernünftig schwimmen kann. Die Ausstattung ist funktional. Die Einrichtung im Wohnbereich und in der Küche ist funktional - mehr aber auch nicht. Durchgesessene Couchen, kaputte/wackelige Stühle, aufgeplatzte Küchenschränke. Empfehlung für Ausblick, Pool, auf der schattigen Terasse bei kühler Brise entspannen und einfach einen ruhigen Urlaub genießen!!!

Wunderschöner Ausblick, toller Pool und ruhige Umgebung

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 (Klein-)Kindern eine Woche in der Villa Grecia verbracht. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Aussicht über Peniscola bis zum Strand. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und tief, sodass man auch vernünftig schwimmen kann. Die Ausstattung (Teller, Töpfe, Gläser, Besteck etc.) ist funktional. Die Einrichtung im Wohnbereich und in der Küche ist funktional - mehr aber auch nicht. Durchgesessene Couchen, kaputte/wackelige Stühle, aufgeplatzte Küchenschränke. Eingerichtet als Ferienhaus, was man selbst nicht bewohnt und so günstig wie möglich ohne Komfort vermieten möchte. Die Fliegengitter in den Fenstern/oberer Balkon sind kaputt - Mücken hielten sich aber sehr in Grenzen (auch draußen) Bei der Ankunft waren Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine kaputt, wurden aber innerhalb von zwei Tagen ausgetauscht. Von den Sonnenliegen waren nur 3 vorhanden, einen Sonnschirm gab es nicht. Daraufhin haben wir ein Sonnensegel gekauft, welches im Anschluss erstattet wurde! Außerdem wurde ein zweiter Ventilator für die heißen Nächte gebracht. Danke! Wenn man von dem Interieur absieht und sich auf das konzentriert, was zählt: Ausblick, Pool, auf der schattigen Terasse bei kühler Brise entspannen und einfach einen ruhigen Urlaub genießen, können wir das Haus absolut empfehlen! Man sollte auf jeden Fall ein Auto/Mietwagen haben, um den kurzen Weg in die Stadt bzw. den steilen Weg zurück zum Haus zu meistern :) Kontakt mit der freundlichen Agentur vor Ort: Sehr gut! Ein super Ausbilck mit kleinen Fehlern

Also der Ausbick war super das Haus auch sehr sauber. Nur so kleinigkeiten, es waren nur 3 Liegen da. Eine davon defekt. Kein Sonnenschirm und der Schirmstäder war auch nur noch bruch. Die Außendusche ist woll schon seit Jahren defekt. Tolle Stereoanlage aber kein Boxen!

Une vue splendide.

Malgré un ménage bâclé à l'arrivée et un manque certain d'ustensils pour cuisiner, notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Maison conforme à l'annonce, la vue est vraiment inouïe . Les environs magnifiques, la ville de Peñiscola vaut le coup de s'y arrêter. Belles vacances.

Belle maison, emplacement magique mais...

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la Villa Grecia. Nous connaissons bien Peniscola et l'urbanisation de Las Atalayas pour y avoir déjà loué d'autres maisons. Celle-ci a une vue MAGNIFIQUE sur toute la côte depuis Vinaros au parc naturel de la Serra d'Irta. Son emplacement, en bout de voie sans issue, est aussi très appréciable par l'absence de circulation. Elle bénéficie d'une place de parking privée et couverte pour protéger du soleil. La piscine est profonde et très propre mais n'a pas de plage ou d'escalier pour les petits (profondeur mini: 1,5m). Et il n'y a pas d'éclairage sous l'eau pour les bains de nuit. La maison est spacieuse et propre. Il y a beaucoup d’escaliers car elle est construite à flan de colline. Le terrain en arrière de la maison n'est pas praticable et le muret de séparation ne dépasse pas les 50cm (/!/ si vous avez un chien). Par contre, nous avons été déçu par l'équipement et l’aménagement. La cuisine ne possède pas de four micro-ondes et les couverts sont insuffisants (nous n'étions que 4). Le réfrigérateur/congélateur est de petite taille. La terrasse n'a pas de store-banne et est en plein soleil la matinée. La douche extérieure ne fonctionnait pas et il n'y avait aucun parasol autour de la piscine. Il n'y a qu'une salle de bain sans douche (uniquement une baignoire). /!/ la vidange de la machine à laver, dans la salle de bain, se fait en mettant le tuyau dans les toilettes !!! En cas d’oubli, c'est l'inondation. Les fenêtres et volets frottent au sol et mériteraient d'être remplacés. Les chambres à l'étage sont au niveau du toit qui est chauffé par le soleil toute la journée. Il fait donc très chaud la nuit et il n'y a pas de climatisation, ni même de ventilateur. La grande chambre à l'étage donne plein Est et est ensoleillée dès le lever du jour. Mais elle ne possède pas de double-rideaux occultants. La taille du barbecue est aussi très petite. En résumé, la maison et son emplacements sont vraiment idéaux mais c'est dommage que son aménagement et son équipement ne soient pas au niveau comparé aux autres maisons que nous avons déjà louées à Las Atalayas. Nous avons, cependant, apprécié notre séjour.

Super Sommer Urlaub in Peniscola!

Bis auf die Betten war alles Spitze im Haus Avenida Grecia 130 ! Tolles Wetter Tolle Lage! Tolle Aussicht! Tolles Schwimmbad, wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht! Grandioses Feuerwerk zu Peter und Paul miterlebt! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Zunächst das Positive:Das Ha...

Zunächst das Positive:Das Haus hat eine herrliche Lage mit weitem Blick über das Meer und das schöne Peniscola. Die Außenanlage mit der Terrasse ist gut bestuhlt, auch die Terrasse um den Pool und der Pool selbst ist prima. Hinweis: der Pool hat eine Mindestiefe von ca. 1,50 m – also nur für Schwimmer geeignet! Im Haus ist der Essbereich ok, es gibt ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Die Küche ist voll funktionsfähig. Guter Kühlschrank mit Gefrierbereich.Nun zu den Dingen, die leider mangelhaft sind:Wohnzimmer: Die beiden Sofas und der Sessel sind komplett durchgesessen, unbequem und voller Flecken bzw. abgewetzt. Im Kamin lagen noch halbverkohlte Holzscheite, die den Raum mit Geruch von kaltem Rauch erfüllten.Küche: Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Spülmaschine läuft, ist aber z.T. verrostet (auch innen).Schlafzimmer 1: Die Matratzen sind abgenutzt, ein Lattenrost durchgebrochen. Die Zudecken z.T. fleckig.Schlafzimmer mit Terrasse: 1 französiches Doppelbett, sehr niedrig. Für die große Zudecke gab es in der 2. Woche keinen neuen Bettbezug mehr.Bad: Es gibt nur 1 Bad, das sehr, sehr klein ist , in dem sich eine Badewanne befindet , die zugleich als Dusche fungiert,

Wenn man mehr bekommt als erwartet...

Tolle Veranstaltungen während unseres Aufenthalts Peniscola hat vieles zu bieten, Feuerwerk Konzerte und Markt sind nur ein paar Beispiele. Das Haus ist mit Aussicht der Hammer gelungene Raumaufteilung gepflegter Zustand alles da was man braucht. Hausverwaltung ein sehr kompetenter Ansprechpartner alles Reibungslos gelaufen. 5 Sterne Urlaub gerne wieder.
