Delebio 9 km from Colico: Modern 2-family house "Candida". 8.5 km from the centre of Colico, 35 km from the centre of Sondrio, 45 km from the centre of Lecco, in the residential district, 8.5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 500 m2 with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 650 m, supermarket 2.4 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Delebio" 600 m, grass beach "Colico" 8.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 38 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. O.K.
Die Unterkunft war auf den ersten Blick schön gemacht. Aber leider konnte man wenig Fenster öffnen und es gab keine Rolladen. Und das Babybett war aus zwei Matratzenstücken zusammen geflickt. Die Insekten und vor allem Stechmücken haben uns sehr geplagt. Aber alles in allem war es Okey. Und der Pool war für eine Erfrischung gut.

zwar keine Jalousien, aber Verdunkelungsvorhänge gibt.
Hinsichtlich der Matratze in dem Kinderbett bestätigen wir Ihnen gerne,
dass diese vom Besitzer angepasst wurde, um den Kindern mehr Komfort zu
bieten, da diese Campingbetten normalerweise nur mit harten Matratzen
ausgestattet sind. Dennoch steht unser lokales Team gern vor Ort zur

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ges...
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, großzügig geschnitten und ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Im gepflegten Garten mit Pool lässt es sich wunderbar aushalten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Colico mehrere, wir bevorzugten das riesige Center Fuentes. Die Vermieterin spricht leider nur italienisch, kümmert sich aber sehr gut um ihre Gäste und ihr Anwesen. Bei der Lage des Hauses (etwas vom See entfernt) empfiehlt sich eine Anreise mit dem Auto. Reisetipps: Die Umgebung des ComerSees bietet für alle Urlaubswünsche etwas: baden, sonnen, Wassersport, wandern, idyllische Ortschaften erkunden, bummeln … Man kann sich sogar Motorboote (ohne Führerschein) ausleihen und über den See brausen. Besonders malerisch sind die Orte Varenna und Bellagio. Will man in die Berge, sollte man sich auf schmale "Straßen" und viele Serpentinen einstellen, aber der Blick von oben lohnt sich.
