In the hamlet Naro 8.5 km from the centre of Gravedona, 56 km from the centre of Como, 60 km from the centre of Lecco, on a slope, along the wooded area, 8.5 km from the lake. Private: property 800 m2 with trees, meadow. 8.5 km long bumpy, steep motor access to 150 m from the house (350 m via unmade road, mountain road). Stepped path to the house. Einfach schön!

Trotz einer extremen Wetterlage mit Dauergewittern haben wir unsere Woche hier sehr genossen, die Lage des Hauses am Rande eines alten Dorfes, die Ruhe, der herrliche Blick auf den See, tolle Wandermöglichkeiten - einfach schön!

Toller Urlaub

Unvergessliche Ferientage oberhalb des Comer Sees, Wandermöglichkeiten direkt am Haus, Auffahrt für gute Autofahrer geeignet:), herrliche Aussicht, ruhiger Urlaub. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die schon etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung und die fehlenden Sommerdecken sowie Bettbezüge. Wurde aber nachgereicht. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Unbedingt eine Tageskarte für die Fähre zwischen Bellagio-Varenna-Menaggio besorgen und diese Städte per Schiff anfahren.

Impossible to reach apartment- don’t book it!

The apartment is located on a mountain and the road to get there is horrible. One lane only, sharp serpentines, totally invisible behind each curve. From the parking spot it is a 10 minutes walk to reach the apartment, which is very unmodern and not looking inviting at all. We had to wait for at least 30 minutes for the landlord at the meeting point hotel 2000 and we were supposed to follow him to the apartment. He drove so fast through the horrible streets, which made the whole experience dangerous! There is nothing on the mountain so you need to have everything with you. We didn’t even take the Keys to the apartment and didn’t get a cent back . The landlord didn’t understand us at all because he only spoke Italian. I would highly recommend to change the descriptions of this terrible object. Never go there with kids!

Unsere Erfahrung während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthaltes im Ferienhaus „Casa Alba“:Bei Gewittern musste immer wieder die herausgesprungene Hauptsicherung eingeschaltet werden.Sitzgruppe im Wohnraum ist recht durchgesessen.Im Badezimmer gibt es keinerlei Ablage auch keine Handtuchhalter oder Haken, zwei Stühle haben uns als Ablage bzw. Handtuchhalter gedient, die fehlende Schiebetür der Duschverkleidung wurde durch einen Duschvorhang ersetzt der im unteren Bereich recht angeschimmelt ist.Ist soweit alles mehr oder weniger akzeptabel was absolut inakzeptabel ist, ist der Zustand der Matratzen in einem der Schlafzimmer (Zimmer mit Balkon), diese sind durchgelegen und jede einzelne Feder ist spürbar.Sehr positiv und absolut traumhaft ist die sonnige Aussichtslage vom Haus/ Terrasse auf den See.

Super Lage

Groß und schöne ruhige Lage. Gute Ausstattung im Wohn-Küchenbereich. Aber nur zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Anfahrt bis in die Nähe des Objektes ist sehr eng, steil und uneben. Italienische Bergsträßchen eben. Man hofft, dass keiner entgegen kommt

Nettes Häuschen in toller Lage

Ich kann mich den Kommentaren vorher nur anschließen: Ein nettes Häuschen in einer außergewöhnlichen Lage. Man hat einen spektakulären Blick auf den See, hat Berge und diverse Wanderwege vor der Haustüre und ist trotzdem recht schnell unten am See. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist in Ordnung. Mit Hund ist es gut machbar (Fliesenboden, Wege vor der Haustür). Der Besitzer, Giovanni, ist ein netter Herr, spricht leider nur Italienisch. Etwas überrascht haben uns die hohen Nebenkosten (110 € von Sa bis Fr bei sparsamem Verbrauch Ende April), muss man mit einkalkulieren. Ein wenig störend sind die lauten Geräusche des Heizungsbrenners, die man im ganzen Haus hört. Der TV-Empfang hat nicht funktioniert, man hat aber gutes W-LAN. Das Doppelstockbett ist sehr wackelig und durchgelegen. Die Matratzen der Doppelbetten sind aber gut. Im Allgemeinen wirklich zu empfehlen! Tipps: Unbedingt über Livo zur Crotti Dangri wandern. Dort ist eine tolle Schlucht mir uriger Gastwirtschaft. In Livo selbst in der Trattoria gibt es die beste Pizza, die wir je gegessen haben!

een prachtig huis op een super lokatie

Het uitzicht is subliem , het huis zelf heel mooi , wij hadden er langer willen blijven, maar de eerlijkheid gebied me om wel wat kanttekeningen te plaatsen. We hebben de eerste dag grondig moeten schoonmaken , alles zat onder het stof en de spinrag en de vloeren waren ronduit smerig , er mogen honden in ,wij hadden onze hond ook mee , maar vonden de haren van meerdere voorgangers Als je astmatisch bent is dit een ramp. De weg erheen is heel steil ,dat hadden we al gelezen, maar we schrokken er toch van , elke keer weer fingers crossed in de hoop geen tegenliggers te krijgen. Het wende na een aantal ritjes wel De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk . . Wil je tot rust komen en genieten van prachtige natuur ,dan is dit een aanrader . De bergdorpjes zijn schilderachtig en zelfs in september bloeiden er allemaal bloemen . Even iemand regelen ,die schoonmaakt voor er gasten komen en dan is het een dikke 10

Die Betreuung durch den Eigentümer hat super funktioniert. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft. Ein Ort zum Relaxen. Das Haus ist geräumig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schlichtes, ruhiges Domizil mit fantastischer Aussicht

Einfaches, ruhiges und nettes Rustico mit allem, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kindern gereist und haben die Umgebung und den See zu allem was Spaß macht, dank der günstigen Ausgangslage des Domizils, genutzt. Bootsanleger in Gravedona, Bootsverleih in Domaso, Ausflüge und Wanderungen und Baden am Lido in Gravedona.

Im Verhältnis zum Preis wirklich 5 Sterne wert!

Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wanderwege ab dem Haus und in der näheren Umgebung. Mit Hund ideal.Vermieter ist sehr nett, Laden und Pizzeria im nahen Dorf. Bei Gewitter springt die Sicherung raus, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. Herrliche Aussicht! Frühstücken unter der schattigen Pergola - ein Traum!

Wir kommen wieder! Traumhafte Lage!

+ traumhafte Lage am Waldrand mit Seeblick + sehr ruhige Lage + Wanderwege beginnen vor der Haustür oder in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt + Garten, Boulebahn hinter dem Haus, Grill - kurvenreiche, einspurige Anfahrt auf den letzten 2 Kilometern - (freilaufende) bellende Dorfhunde - Ausstattung (alte Möbel, Sofakissen etc., nichts für Hausstaub-Allergiker, Hundehaare) - bei Gewitter/Feuchtigkeit fliegt häufig die Sicherung raus

Das perfekte, ruhige Ferienhaus.

Das Steinhaus befindet sich in einem kleinen Weiler oberhalb von Gravedona. Der Ausblick auf den See ist fantastisch! Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich neben einer Toilette ein gemütlicher Wohnraum mit einer Küchenzeug. In der Küche befindet sich alles, was man braucht, allerdings kein Backofen. Dafür aber eine Spülmaschine. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Bad sowie zwei Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt! Giovanni ist ein sehr herzlicher, unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Seine Pizzeria in Menaggio, Costatin, ist einen Besuch wert. Nochmal Danke für den einzigartigen Urlaub!

Der richtige Ort um zu Entspannen

Super Haus nach italienischem Standard, Traumhafte Lage, sehr ruhig, kinderfreundlich, hundefreundlich, unkompliziert, der Vermiteter ist besonders nett. Die Anfahrt, insbesondere die letzte Wegstrecke von 200m ist auch für geübte Autofahrer eine gewisse Herausforderung, aber machbar. Für den anschließenden Fußweg von 150m empfiehlt sich eine Taschenlampe. Jahreszeitlich typisch für September waren bei Übernahme in wenigen Ecken geringfügig Spinnweben.

Atemberaubende Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus ist rustikal ausgestattet, ein wenig altmodisch. Dafür aber sehr sauber. Wir werden das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.
