Appartment was good and rather new (3 y old). Everything was functioning well. Nice balcony with beautiful views. Travisa is max 10 min. by car to the centre of Gravedona.

Schöne Ferienwohung mit Panoramablick auf den See

Die Wohnung liegt circa fünf Autominuten in einem kleinen Weiler oberhalb von Gravedona. Von dort hat man einen schönen Blick über den See. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht - nur die Handtücher muss man selbst mitbringen. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, so dass man auch problemlos einen Hund mitbringen kann. Die Schlafzimmer waren bei unserer Wohnung im UG und damit angenehm kühl, trotz der Südlage. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus.Insgesamt für eine Woche am Comer See eine Empfehlung!

Hell Modern Sauber Traumblick

Sehr schöne geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem Komfort. Hat uns super gefallen, auch an Regentagen kann man sich in dieser tollen Wohnung gut aufhalten und rundum wohl fühlen. Der Blick aus dem Fenster und vom Balkon auf den See - ein Traum! Idealer Startpunkt für Wanderungen, schöner Ort unten am See.

Moderne Wohnung mit Top-Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem liebevoll sanierten Haus. Vom Balkon hat man eine grandiose Aussicht auf den Comer See. Die Schlafzimmer sind im Kellergeschoss, wo es auch bei höheren Außentemperaturen angenehm kühl ist.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber bei der Ankunft. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, tolle Ausstattung in der Wohnung. Traumhafter Blick vom Balkon über See, Berge und Landschaft. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Gravedona, tolles Örtchen, nicht zu groß nicht zu klein. Wir werden in die Wohnung bestimmt mal wieder kommen.

Sauber, schöne Aussicht

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf den See war wunderschön. Mit dem Auto waren See und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen. Wohnung und Garten sind meiner Meinung nach jedoch eher auf etwas ältere Kinder ausgelegt.

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick

Wir waren für eine Woche mit unseren zwei Kindern in der gut ausgestatteten und neuen Wohnung über zwei Etagen. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir überwältigt vom Ausblick auf den Comer See über Wiesen und eine alte 'Ape' um das Bild abzurunden. Vom Baum hörte man einen Kuckuck, das Mähen der jungen Zwergschafe, die Grillen und das Läuten der Glöckchen von Ziegen untermalten das Bild mit passender Musik. Mit anderen Worten - wir waren im Urlaub angekommen! Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit.

Vorzeigeobjekt in schöner Landschaft

Wir waren nun schon das vierte Mal in dem Objekt und wie immer waren wir begeistert. Sehr sauber und sehr modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Trennung von Wohn- und Schlafbereich auf Etagen ist sehr entspannend. Die Eigentümer inkl. Familie sind vorbildlich freundlich und zuvorkommend und reagieren sofort bei Problemchen. Klasse Einzig die Parksituation ist immer wieder spannend, da mittlerweile auch Bewohner außerhalb des Objektes den Parkplatz für sich entdeckt haben.

Bien situé, au calme avec vue imprenable sur le lac

Nous etions une famille de 4 dont deux ados. L appartement est reparti sur deux etages. Un espace chambres en bas au rez de chaussee et un espaçe sejour en haut avec la vue. Calme, bien equipe, bien situe.
