Beautiful "rustico" cottage "Residenza La Sassicaia", surrounded by vineyards. 3 km from the centre of Dongo, 51 km from the centre of Como, 44 km from the centre of Lugano, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 3 km from the lake. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with meadow, orchard. Steep, narrow motor access. Stepped path (60 steps) to the house. Parking at the house, single garage. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 2 km, bicycle rental 2.2 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Como" 51 km, pebble beach 3 km, grass beach 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km. 3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2018, beautiful and wooden furniture furnishings: upper floor: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: (steep stair) open walk-through room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. With sloping ceilings, 1 room, without window with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Wooden floors. Small balcony, terrace roofed, large terrace, porch. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and Monte Legnone (2609 m). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wie schon von den Vorgängern beschrieben liegt das Haus sehr schön in einem mediterran bepflanzten,terrassierten Gelände mit tollem Blick über den See (sieht man ja sehr gut auf den Fotos). Aufgrund der verschiedenen Terrassen findet man je nach Tages- oder Jahreszeit immer ein passendes Plätzchen. Das Haus ist neuwertig eingerichtet mit gutem W-LAN. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Verlockend ist der gut bestückte Weinkeller, in dem es auch selbstgemachten Honig gibt (Bezahlen bei der Abfahrt). Auch mit Hund kommt man gut klar (gefliester Fußboden, abgegrenztes Grundstück, der Zaun ist allerdings nicht dicht.) Leider hat man allerdings eine ständige Geräuschkulisse von Dongo her (Verkehrslärm, Mopeds, Sirenen...). Außerdem fehlte uns eine gemütliche Sitzecke o.ä. im Haus für Regentage. Trotzdem 5 Sterne aufgrund der wunderschönen Lage. Die Fotos geben alles gut wieder.

Was für ein Panorama

Wir waren im August dort, 2 Erwachsene, 1 Hund, das sehr hübsche, neuwertige und saubere Haus ist gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, und hat aufgrund der Hanglage eine fantastische Sicht auf den Comer See und das Städtchen Dongo am Fuße des Berges. Für uns ein perfektes Plätzchen, man kann sich gar nicht sattsehen an dem Ausblick. Der eigene Weinkeller kann benutzt werden, die sehr freundlichen und herzlichen Besitzer haben uns auf mit ihren eigenen angebauten Produkten aus dem Garten versorgt.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Freundlichkeit der Hausbesitzer: alles verdient die Note sehr gut. Wer naturverbundene Ruhe mit moderner Ausstattung kombiniert sucht UND sich nicht vor engen, serpentinenartigen Straßen fürchtet, findet in der Residenza La Sassicaia den Himmel auf Erden. Ein Traum in den Bergen

Mein Mann und ich waren mit Kind (9 Jahre) und Hund in dem schönen kleinen Häuschen. War alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Reisten mit Bus und Anhänger an. Mein Mann ist ein sehr guter Hängerfahrer, deshalb hatten wir keine Probleme mit den engen Straßen. Hatten für beides auf dem Parkplatz platz. Vom Parkplatz zum Haus sind es tatsächlich 60 Stufen. Die Aussicht ist von dem Haus aus wunderschön. Bisher noch nie so ein Panorama gehabt. Der Hund konnte ohne Probleme draußen ohne Leine herumlaufen.

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus am Steilhang mit unverstelltem Blick über Ort und See, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Auto notwendig, Fußweg ins Dorf zwar möglich, aber recht weit und nicht besonders attraktiv (die Abkürzungen über die Mulattiera bei Nässe rutschig). Absolute Ruhe sollte man nicht erwarten, Uferstraße und Baustellen im Dorf sind logischerweise zu hören.

Schöne Woche am Comer See

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht in absolut ruhiger Lage. Sehr nette Vermieter. Allerdings ist zu beachten ,vor allem für ältere Gäste und Haustieren sowie Familien mit kleinen Kindern ,das es 60 Stufen vom Parkplatz bergab zur Wohnung geht. Auch in der Wohnung steile Treppe zum Schlafzimmer. Die Anfahrt ist sehr eng mit vielen Kurven. Schwierig mit größerem Auto oder einem Bus.

Geweldig met prachtig uitzicht

Geweldig met prachtig uitzicht. Hele lieve verhuurders alleen praten ze alleen Italiaans en dat is lastig communiceren omdat wij het niet spreken. Bij het huisje komen is wel een dingetje als je een grote auto of camper hebt omdat je over een smalle weg moet. En je moet zo'n 60 treden naar beneden om bij het huisje te komen, maar het uitzicht maakt veel goed, want je moet 60 treden ook weer omhoog als je weg wilt. En een eigen wijnkelder voor de liefhebber. Vind het geen 6 persoons huis. Max 4

La casa si trova in una posizione isolata stupenda,bellissimo panorama sul lago e montagne a 5 minuti dal paese di Dongo. I proprietari della casa sono gentilissimi, ti fan sentire a tuo agio....siamo veramente felici e ...rilassati...grazie

Super Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist nur zum empfehlen die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar einfach traumhaft von der außen Terrasse hat man ein traumhaften Blick auf den comersee plus Berge. Super nette Vermieter kann man sich nicht beschweren. Das einzige mango was wir hatten das die Kissen wirklich hart waren darauf konnte man nicht schlafen also am besten eigene Kissen mitbringen aber ansonsten wirklich nur zum empfehlen auch mit unseren schäferhund waren wir herzlich willkommen

Ferien in der Natur draussen

Wir genossen zu zweit das charmante Ferienhaus mit seinem dazugehörigem Umschwung. Unser Hund hatte auch seinen Plausch hier auszutoben. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Es empfiehlt sich mit einem kompaktem Auto anzureisen, weil die Strasse von Dongo bis zum Haus sehr eng und kurvenreich ist. Die 60 Stufen vom Parkplatz zum Haus halten einem fit. Das Ferienhaus wurde komplett neu renoviert und bietet alles was man so braucht. Die tolle Aussicht ist atemberaubend.
