Private: large, well-kept garden 1'500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 60 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, restaurant 900 m, bar 500 m, bus stop 650 m, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 350 km, sandy beach "L'Argentière" 67 km. Golf course (18 hole) 21 km. Nearby attractions: Chateau du Robernier 3.5 km, Chute du Grand Baou 5 km, Rocher et Grotte Cotignac 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte Croix 46 km, Carcès 13 km.

This is a truly fantastic villa it was our fifth time here and we are returning in August it has all you will need for a perfect stay in this beautiful area with a totally wonderful concierge Esther I can not recommend this villa enough

This was our 5th time to this wonderful villa it is truly fantastic, everything you would need it is like home from home. the concierge is just brilliant she is a total asset to the villa making you so welcome. I can't recommend this villa enough. We can't wait to go back next year!

Magnificent!

This Villa is just beautiful, so quiet and very private. We have been going to Brignoles for a number of years and this has to be one of the best villas we have stayed in. Madame Leconte the Concierge was just perfect so helpful and such a lovely lady nothing was too much trouble. We can't wait to go back next year.

Everything is good at this vil...

Everything is good at this villa – extremely clean, fully equipped with all you could want. Make it clear when booking what you will require in regards to bedding and towels as you will be charged. No English TV other than sky news. Electric is charged on leaving

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Das Haus war für uns perfekt (6 Erwachsene in 4 Zimmern). Alles wie angeboten und gebucht. Einwandfrei und sehr sauber bei Ankunft, sehr gute Betten, stabiles W-Lan, großer Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel-Maschine (perfekt für Pastis und Aperol Spritz :-) - es gab wirklich nichts, worüber wir meckern könnten.

großes, helles Haus mit moderner, Einrichtung, Küche mit Allem was man braucht und endlich mal große Betten und gute Matratzen. Sehr schöne Terrasse, nur der Sonnenschirm fehlt, wie auch schon andere Gäste festgestellt haben. Serviceteam war sehr nett, wußte aber nicht sehr gut bescheid (Fernsehprogramme, Poolalarm) Ein Haus mitten in der Provence mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung. Für uns wichtig:für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet.

Wir haben das Haus zum 4. Mal besucht - es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Gegend. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bei Bedarf kann man das Haus klimatisieren. Es gab Probleme mit der Klärgrube welche zeitnah behoben wurden. Leider hat man am Nachmittag nicht genügend Schatten auf der Terrasse - wir haben uns dieses Jahr zusätzlich einen Sonnenschirm gekauft damit jeder im Schatten sitzen konnte. Wir würden vorschlagen, dass der Besitzer entweder eine Markise anbringen lässt oder

Es fehlt ein Sonnenschirm oder eine Markise - wir waren zu 7 und hatten Mittags nicht alle Schatten.Die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind sehr unbequem.Die Waßerpumpe im Pool ist zu laut.Verbesserungsvorschlag: Lounge-Ecke mit Sonnenschirm Reisetipps: Cotignac - Table des CoquelicotsLac St. Croix

Très belle propriété au calme et dans un cadre de verdure Équipement de qualité et neuf! Piscine tres bien entretenue grande et chaude! Couchage et tres bonne qualité et veux volumes dans la maison Nous recommandons vraiment cette adresse et les propriétaires sont très agréables et sensibles au service ce que nous n avions pas retrouver depuis bien longtemps...
