Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt. Der Spülkasten funktioniert teils nur mit Nachhilfe indem man den Spülkasten leicht anboxte. Bei Bezug der Wohnung leichter unangenehmer Geruch, der nach dem Lüften dauerhaft nicht mehr auftauchte. Perfekte zentrale Lage.

Das Wlan verdient den Namen nicht. Morgendlicher Zeitungsdownload: ca. 10 Minuten, Streaming völlig unmöglich. Der Hinweis "Wlan inclusive" sollte gelöscht werden. Der Sessel im Wohnbereich hat eine schiefe Sitzfläche, ist also unbrauchbar.
