Private: beautiful garden to relax. In the house: sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Stanzach Blockau" 450 m, outdoor swimming pool 18 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 500 m, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 400 m, cross country ski track 700 m. Nearby attractions: Burgwelt Ehrenberg mit highline179 18 km, Alpentherme Ehrenberg 18 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Warth/Lech am Arlberg 40 km, Bergwelt Hahnenkamm 16 km, Familienschilifte Stanzach 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Haldensee 20 km, Plansee 25 km. Hiking paths: Lechweg 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with 1 sofabed, 2 sleeping facilities, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Wooden floors. Large terrace, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed, 1 car) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. In addition, there is a "sleeping barrel", a sauna and a bathing cup on the terrace, hidden from view!
