Private: beautiful garden to relax. In the house: sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Stanzach Blockau" 450 m, outdoor swimming pool 18 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 500 m, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 400 m, cross country ski track 700 m. Nearby attractions: Burgwelt Ehrenberg mit highline179 18 km, Alpentherme Ehrenberg 18 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Warth/Lech am Arlberg 40 km, Bergwelt Hahnenkamm 16 km, Familienschilifte Stanzach 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Haldensee 20 km, Plansee 25 km. Hiking paths: Lechweg 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise.
