Ferienhaus in Ruhiger Lage

Our vacation home community, which is open from May through the end of October, is located in a quiet setting and offers relaxation and activities for all ages. We place special emphasis on being child- and family-friendly, offering amenities such as a dedicated water playground and large sandbox, cribs, and play equipment. There are table tennis tables and a group room that can be rented for events. All of our vacation homes are simply furnished but fully equipped for self-catering. The house (40 m²) accommodates 4 people—with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed measuring 190 x 80 cm). Each house has its own terrace where you can also barbecue. The various lakes in the area are a 5–10-minute drive away. You can also rent bicycles and rowboats at affordable rates to explore and enjoy the wonderful surroundings with their many natural lakes and forests.

There is one special note regarding reservations: Electricity and heating are billed separately and added to the booking price, as the heating and hot water systems are electric and costs vary significantly depending on usage. This amount is then paid upon departure. For stays of up to 3 nights, we charge €6 per person for linens. For stays of 4 nights or more, linens are included in the price. Please bring your own towels.

In addition, the municipality of Wendisch Rietz charges a visitor’s tax of 2 € per day for guests aged 16 and older; this must be paid in cash upon arrival.
