The well-maintained green space provides additional open space and guarantees pure relaxation.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find a light-filled living room with an integrated dining area. Here you can spend cosy hours, whether with a good book or your favourite music, which you can enjoy conveniently via the modern stereo system with radio and Bluetooth.

The cosy bedroom, with its comfortable 160-cm-wide bed, offers you fantastic sleeping comfort for restful nights. The elegant bathroom treats you every day to a spacious rain shower—a little spa experience to start your day off right.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and even features a stylish wine refrigerator, where your favourite wine is always kept at the perfect temperature. For added convenience, there’s a private washer-dryer for your use.
