This beautiful holiday rental in Hofreite, Groß-Umstadt, can accommodate 1 person or a couple. It features a large double bed and a single bed. The living room has a large, spacious couch. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower. We ask our guests to take showers. There is free Wi-Fi and a parking space on the private property.

We ask our guests not to smoke inside the apartment or on the balcony.
Parties are not permitted. Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. must be observed.
Pets are not allowed.
For safety reasons, please keep the skylights in the upper area closed when you are away to prevent rain from coming in.
The fireplace is currently out of service, but the apartment has underfloor heating and radiators. So it’s plenty warm.
The washing machine may be used by arrangement and only with a laundry bag.
Since there are enough sleeping arrangements, we ask guests not to use the couch as a bed so that other guests can also feel comfortable using it.
There is a TV, Wi-Fi, and Alexa. We ask guests not to change the language settings on our electronic devices so that other guests can use them as well.
