Location: The apartment is located less than 5 minutes from the town center. Small shops, such as the village store, are just a few meters away. Avid skiers and hikers will also be delighted—the Weltcup-Express (mountain railway) is just a few hundred meters from the house. In the summer, the apartment is the perfect starting point for extensive hikes through the Hörnerkette mountain range and the neighboring valleys.



On-site fees: For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, we charge a €50 processing fee. This fee does not apply if you reschedule directly to a different date. * 90% cancellation fee from 29 to 0 days prior to arrival, as well as in case of no-show. You may designate a replacement guest to take over your contract under the stated terms. Written notification is sufficient. When booking, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. This way, you can protect yourself against potential cancellations with just a few clicks.



Check-in is available from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
