It is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and no subtenants, in a quiet setting in the resort town of Utarp, which is immediately adjacent to the Dornum estate. You do not have to pay a visitor’s tax in the resort town of Utarp.

Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 2 adults and one child up to approximately 14 years of age. A travel cot can be provided upon request.

Car parking is available right next to the house.

Secure bicycle storage is provided.

A sandpit is available for the little ones in the play area.

Wi-Fi is available.
