Apartment on the 4th floor, ideal for 4 people. The furnished balcony offers a view of the pond. The interior includes a living room with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom with a comfortable work desk. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine, making it easy to organize a longer stay. Additionally, two bicycles are at your disposal, one equipped with a child seat, allowing you to actively explore the city and the surrounding area.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a quiet, green area, right next to the picturesque Three Ponds Valley. This place is conducive to outdoor activities - in a few minutes walk you will reach an outdoor gym or a kayak marina. Just a 15-minute walk separates you from the beach with a swimming area.
