Eine schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, mit einem großen Balkon, von dem man auch die Weinberge sehen kann. Sehr praktisch ist es, dass Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden sind und auch eine Tiefgarage zum parken. Die Wohnung ist außerdem Barrierefrei zu erreichen. Es gibt genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die auch zu Fuß erreichbar sind und auch bus zur Altstadt sind es höchstens 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg.
