Angenehme Wohnung in ruhiger und guter Lage. Alles vorhanden was man in von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet (ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc.) Einige Kleinigkeiten haben wir vermisst wie z.B. Tischsets oder ordentliche Frühstücksbrettchen. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit sehr guten Betten ausgestattet und lassen sich augrund der dichten Vorhänge bestens abdunkeln. Das Bad ist klein und hat wenig Ablagefläche, aber für 2 Personen ausreichend. Die Nähe des Strandes und des dort vorhandene Strandkorbe ist ein echter Vorteil. Das Zentrum von Duhnen ist fußläufig schnell erreicht. Die Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind ausreichend breit. Das Schwimmbad ist klein und für ausgiebiges Schwimmen nicht unbedingt geeignet. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns bei dem Cuxhaven-apart- Team für die freundliche und professionelle Abwicklung der Buchung.

Die Sessel sind leider etwas abgegriffen an den Armlehnen,sieht nicht gut aus. Die Kopfkissen sind auch viel zu dick und sehr klumbig. Im Großen und Ganzem eine sehr ordentliche Wohnung. Es war alles sehr sauber. Danke.

Meine Frau und ich haben uns sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt. Sehr gut fanden wir die vielen Möglichkeiten Sachen aufzuhängen. Ausserdem war die Wohnung super ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist Spitze das Meer liegt praktisch direkt vor der Haustür. Würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Preis Leistung Top. Es gab Probleme mit dem Schlüsseltresor, ein Anruf und uns wurde von einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin sofort geholfen

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung, die Lage, Sauberkeit, die Nähe zum Strand, die Parkmöglichkeit für PKW und E-Bikes war absolut zufriedenstellend- Damit waren wir rundum zufrieden. Gefehlt haben uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten bei der Ausstattung (u.a.Teekanne, Stövchen, Tischsets, Untersetzer für Gläser). Der Bedarf ist aber sicherlich individuell unterschiedlich.
