This newly built villa is located on the island of Krk, 600 m from the beautiful beach and the sea.
This 5-star villa has a floor area of 200 m² and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the first floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker), a bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room opens onto a covered terrace with seating and a grill. Right next to the terrace is a 35 m² pool with a sun deck and 6 lounge chairs, where you can enjoy time with family and friends.
On the upper floor of the villa are three spacious bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi.
The nearest restaurant and store are 50 meters away, and a beautiful beach (with a restaurant and café bar) is 600 meters away (just an 8-minute walk) from the villa.
The villa is in a very good and quiet location, surrounded by beautiful nature, and offers everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
