An sich ein schönes Haus in idealer Lage zum Strand und zur Strandstraße in Zingst.Die Küchenausstattung des Hauses ist gut und vollständig. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut für 4-6 Personen geeignet. Eine Waschmaschine haben wir im Hauswirtschaftsraum vorgefunden.Leider ist das Haus (Stand: Juli 2025) schon recht abgewohnt und bedarf dringend einer Renovierung, damit es dem Preis, der dafür verlangt wird, auch gerecht werden zu können.Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus nicht besonders sauber, so dass wir selber erst einmal putzen mussten, um uns auch wohlfühlen zu können.Es wäre schön, wenn im Erdgeschoss an einigen zusätzlichen Fenstern noch Fliegengitter angebracht wären. Das ist im Sommer in Zingst wegen der Mücken dringend notwendig!
