The accommodation: The 68 m² basement apartment offers a new fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped. In addition to the two modernly furnished bedrooms, the cosy living and dining room invites you to linger and relax. The living room has a television, a sofa bed, and a comfortable dining area. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a work desk. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Karlsruhe city centre can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car and in approximately 30 minutes by tram.

Wohnung incl. Ausstattung ok, nur ein Eierpieckser fehlte. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau .Lediglich das Parken ist ein Problem .Diese Wohnung kann ich aber mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. ygew
