The "Sturmvogel" architect-designed home in Kiel-Schilksee is an extraordinary property located directly on the beach with ocean views, next to the Olympic Harbour.

Completed in 2024, this low-energy home combines an open layout with privacy—and offers a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. Up to 6 guests are welcome here. The home was planned and built with meticulous attention to detail, evident in its custom-made furnishings, high ceilings, and a continuous window front facing the sea.

The heart of the home features an open kitchen with a kitchen island and a light-filled living-dining area. There is also a separate living room for cosy get-togethers, as well as a guest bathroom.

The home’s interior design creates an extraordinary and relaxed holiday atmosphere through sophisticated details.

In addition to two separate bedrooms, there is an extra double bed in the open loft—with a view of the sea included. The “master bedroom” is located next to the main bathroom on the ground floor. It’s also possible to work while enjoying a view of the Baltic Sea; a custom-made desk has been integrated into the loft for this purpose.

In the basement, next to the second bedroom, you’ll find the sauna as well as an additional, ground-level, luxurious rain shower.

You can also access the garden from this area. A garden gate leads directly through the private garden to the Schilksee beach.

Located in the heart of Kiel-Schilksee, all shops for daily necessities are in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home, as is the spa park across from the house.
