Enjoy your stay at our bed & butter boarding house in the modern and spacious Apartment No. 1.

This ground-floor, barrier-free apartment is popular not only with guests with disabilities but also with those with limited mobility and older adults. Compared to our other apartments, the rooms here—especially the bathroom—are slightly more spacious, and all the doors are wider.

In addition to a large king-size bed (2x2 metres) and a spacious bathroom, the double room features various amenities, offering the perfect blend of a hotel room and a holiday rental.

Self-caterers and long-term guests in particular will find our fully equipped kitchenette—complete with a hob, oven, and microwave (compact model), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and various appliances such as a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster—to be a real treat.

When you’re not out and about in the area, the apartment offers a large TV for entertainment. With Smart TV, you can use streaming services (provided you have your own account) or tune in to various radio stations.

Do you need a place to work? In your apartment, you can work undisturbed and comfortably at the table, using high-speed internet access via both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection.

The non-smoking accommodation also features a ventilation system and central heating, which guests can, of course, adjust themselves. In addition, each apartment has its own doorbell with an intercom system and a door opener.

The cosy, partially dimmable lighting, high-quality furniture, a large closet, and a wide range of amenities—including various kitchen utensils, bed linens, and towels—round out the offerings.

In the shared, lockable bike shed, you can securely store your bikes and charge e-bikes. A vending machine in the hallway is available to all guests for small snacks, sweet treats, and cold drinks.
