Holiday Home 'Podere Le Rote' with Private Pool, Garden, and Wi-Fi

The holiday home Podere le Rote is located in Castelnuovo di Val di Cecina and is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway. The 250 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, fan, washing machine, books, and toys for children. A ping pong table is also available for your enjoyment. A cot and high chair are provided. Please note, there is no air conditioning. The private outdoor area includes a swimming pool, garden, barbecue, and playground.



The pool is open from May to the end of September, depending on weather conditions. The surrounding area offers many activities, such as horseback riding and Italian cooking classes. Three parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Babysitting service is available on request.



Homemade products are offered. Upon request, traditional Tuscan dinners with produce from the property’s garden and local ingredients can be arranged. Fresh bread is available daily. The property provides guidelines to help you sort waste correctly; more information is available on site. The house uses energy-saving lighting.
