A special highlight is the 100 m² wellness area with Finnish or bio sauna, two wellness showers, a vitality bar, and a year-round heated outdoor pool/whirlpool (3 × 6 m)—perfect for relaxing with mountain views.



Outdoors, you’ll find a private garden oasis with a gas grill (summer only) and two open terraces with dining table and lounge area, ideal for socializing. Another highlight is the private home cinema with game consoles.



In winter, you can reach the Olang cable car valley station/Kronplatz in just 1.5 minutes. There are 3 private parking spaces and 3 heated ski lockers for up to 12 guests.
