Schöner Platz für die Großfamilie

Leider trübte die schlechte Kommunikation mit der Agentur die Urlaubsfreuden. Im Vorfeld gab es trotz versuchter Kommunikationsaufnahme über e-mail nur Standardantworten. Die Abholung der Bettwäsche an einem anderen Ort ist bereits eine Zumutung, bei dem hohen Preis, der für das Haus bezahlt wurde. Wenn dann nicht klar beschrieben wird, wo die Bettwäsche abgeholt werden kann, ist der Urlaubsstart verdorben. Auch beim Auschecken gab es vorab keine Info, dass die Bettwäsche wieder zurückgebracht werden musste. Das Haus ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Technische Probleme mit dem Pool wurden vom Eigentümer persönlich behoben. Außerhalb der schlechten Kommunikation mit der Agentur und den technischen Problemen mit dem Pool, verbrachten wir eine tolle Urlaubswoche in einem Haus, das uns sehr gefallen hat.
