Le ménage était bien fait. Les murs extérieurs ne sont pas isolés dans toute la maison toiture idem. La porte d'entrée n'est pas étanche à l'air ( dehors entre -2 et -5) Un seul radiateur électrique pour 30 m2..(salle principale) Les rideaux qui recouvrent les radiateurs... La chambre du bas 1 douche, mais pas de lavabo...La salle de bain à l'étage pas de radiateur. Aucune penderie dans les chambres, les couettes n'étaient pas adapté pour la saison. Cuisine : un four serrait bien venu, pas de couteaux pour faire la cuisine (couteau d'office, à trancher, couteau à huitres etc... Pas de verres appéritif Ricard Whisky...
